Emily's pov

Sniffing the air that surrounds me i come to conclusion that someone's in my kitchen. My comfort zone is my kitchen always have and will always be and i think abby knows better than to mess with anything in the kitchen. After a lot of begging I've allowed her to sit in there but she was given the rules. The smell is not bad though actually it smells really good in here, what could abby be possibly doing? Oh wait.. we're not alone, we have company. Is it the person im thinking of right now the one messing with my things at the moment?. My eyes fly open as im hit by the bright sunlight right in the eyes, isn't it supposed to be winter?! Why the hell is the sun shining so bright? Don't get me wrong i like the sunlight and all but it just gets frustrating when you're all sweaty while wearing your favorite long sleeved tank top, like why can't i just have my moment when im looking quite decent? and let's not start with how your hair gets fuzzy from the humidity, and that's ladies and gentlemen why i like winter better.

I roll off my bed, making my way to the bathroom to do my normal morning deeds. I decided to go with a simple look because I don't really think im going out anywhere today. I wore the sway LA hoodie and a pair of leggings, left my hair down my shoulders. As i went downstairs I could hear people talking, it sounds more like Adam and some other people who I recognize but still can't specify.

"Good morning sunshine" a grinning adam greets me as i walk into the kitchen. Im taken a back when i find some of the guys sitting on the kitchen counter chatting with adam.

"Did i miss something?" I asked trying to understand the amount of human interaction im getting myself into in the early morning.

"Good to see you too" kio rolls his eyes playfully before jumping off the counter making his way towards me, he engulfs me in a hug before I could respond but it doesn't take me long to wrap my arms around his back. We eventually pull away and im greeted by Bryce, Noah, Blake and Griffin.

"Hey guys" i smile waving my hand at them  walking to the fridge.

"Hi kiddo" Bryce smiled warmly.

"Oh i used the stove and your stuff if you don't mean, i mean i know that the kitchen is your holy place and i mean you cherish your things a  lot but i thought i could make us breakfast and these guys came as will so i thought they could join you know" he started to explain bluntly and i just couldn't but look at him in complete amusement.

"Adam it's fine i mean i know you're a decent cook, at least better than abby so i kinda trust you, although I would appreciate it if you inform me next time" I chuckle.

Lies he's not a decent cook, he's a god damn professional cook. His baking is to die for, I remember him baking me cakes whenever we go out on a date until....

"Im telling abby" blake smirked.

"Snitch" I mumbled under my breath and they all chuckled.

"So Where's jaden?" I ask pouring my juice in a cup. When no one answers me i look up to meet their eyes and I could feel a little uneasiness as if there's something they're afraid to say. After i hear someone clearing his throat my eyes land on kio.

"H-he went to meet up with a friend" he said trying to avoid my eyes, well i feel so uncomfortable right now.

"With Mads" Griffin shrugs simply, I couldn't help but frown. I sigh accidentally and look at my juice, i mean it's not my position to be jealous it's not like im his girlfriend but still a little tiny bit of me feels jealous, deadly jealousy, like i wanna misplace someone's features, but before anyone could read through me i wipe that frown off and replace it with a smile.
