Raindrops sliding down the window as they were racing, the vision was blurry but i could still see people walking down the street hand in hand as the rain falls on their umbrellas. As i was watching the view from the window i heard a knock on the door, as i was about to voice the person behind the door to come in they already did. I turned my head to look at the person and surprisingly it was Jaden. Not for someone who acted distant yesterday for not a single reason.

"Hey" his voice was raspy as if he just woke up.

"Hi" I whispered turning my head back to look through the window.

"What's wrong?" I think he was walking closer because I could hear his footsteps getting louder and I could feel his heat against my body.

"Nothing......... just thinking" i said still not looking at him. I could feel the bed dip signaling that he sat next to me on the bed.

"About What?" He asked, felt like he was pushing me to say but I didn't mind it. I turned my head to look at him, he was already staring at me with those ocean blue eyes that held a lot of meanings in it. Mixed emotions I couldn't figure.

"Why were you distant yesterday?" I asked whispering out of nowhere.

"Me? When?" He asked genuinely confused.

"Yes you, yesterday"

"I don't remember being distant but if i was im sorry" he said softly.

"It's okay" I whispered softly.

"Is there something else bothering you?" He asked concerned.

"No ....... maybe" I stuttered as he was leaning closer, what is he doing? I could feel his stare on my lips.

"Are you sure?" He whispered leaning even closer, I unintentionally leaned closer that our lips are inches away, sharing the same breath.

"Yes" I whispered out of breath, as our lips were almost touching.

Beep, Beep, Beep

I groaned as i realized it was my alarm who pulled me out of my sad to call dream. I felt my heart ache as the thought of it, it was too good to be true anyway. I rolled off my bed heading straight to my bathroom getting in with my morning deeds. The truest thing in the dream was the rain because it was actually raining.

Getting out of my bathroom, looking at the clock on the wall it said 4pm,my eyes widened holy shit! I slept that much?! I walked downstairs and into the kitchen to find abby and noah in there sitting on the counter.

"Good evening " i said in my raspy, morning voice, as their heads snapped up at me.

"Good morning mills" abby said pausing a second " i mean good evening" she smirked , I smiled goofily as she ran up to me giving me a hug but it was more of a reassuring hug as she held me tight and whispered in my ears.

"Are you okay?" Her voice full of concern. I pulled away and gave her a reassuring nod before turning to noah who was sitting there awkwardly.

"Im sorry for what happened yesterday we had the intention to enjoy the night but it all got ruined" he said more in a guilty voice.

"It's not your fault noah, it's me who is sorry for ruining your games night" I smiled weakly walking towards him, he got off the counter and pulled me into a hug. We pulled away and i went to drink my juice as they started whispering between themselves, they looked adorable. I wish i had what they had.

"Ughhh date already!" I whined playfully. Abby let out a nervous cough and it just turned into a really awkward silence and i think I understood what's going on.
