Just in a blink of an eye, a month has already passed. September was quickly replaced by October, the girls were a mess in their dormitory. Mary's candies were missing, Alice, Lily, and Marlene are preparing their outfits and make-up for the annual Halloween party hosted by the Marauders and the Prewett twins as the twins were the ones who always smuggles the firewhiskey.
"You all are too loud the party is not until 8:30, hell let me sleep in peace." Diana said not opening her eyes. Marlene being the most excited for the party replied with a shrug.
The four girls continued what they were doing not caring about Diana's remarks. The sleepy girl stood up and slammed the door harshly, She made her way to the boys dormitory.
"Is everyone decent?" She asked while knocking the door. Peter was the one closest to the door so he was the one who opened the door.
"oh puff—" Diana didn't let him finish when she flopped herself in the bed infront of her and immediately fell asleep. "Oi Prongs! Di is in your bed dead.....asleep." Peter and the others chuckled when soft snores were heard.
James came out of the bathroom to look on what Peter was saying. He look closely at her.
"This girl really sleeps here more than in her dorm." James rolled his eyes but immediately chuckles.
The party was located in the Gryffindor common room all houses were invites even Slytherins much to James and Sirius's liking. Professors know about this month's worth of detention party but decided not to go against it.
Diana was woken up by Lily, much to the girls disliking she needed to get ready for the party too. So there she was, at the corner of the common room rethinking her life choices. All her thoughts were cutted when someone jumped in front of her causing the girl to jump.
"BAH!"
"JAMES!" Diana screamed. She immediately put her hands in her heart clenching it and the other one hitted James' chest.
James grabbed her hand that was hitting his chest and looked straight towards her eyes. Both of them continued to stare at each other, James was the first one who broke the stare, he cleared his throat. The two can feel both of their cheeks to heat up.
"You look like you shit your pants! What's with the long face?" James raised his voice so Diana could hear him as the music were loud as hell.
"I don't feel like partying right now!" Diana answered back.
"I wanna go outside care to join me?" James asked as he too isn't feeling partying too. Diana nodded and walked towards where the drinks were. She saw two seventh years eating each others face and gagged in a secret.
