Wooyoung locked open the door to his apartment and flipped on the light. It was quite late already and he was so tired, it was hard for him to even carry his body over to his bedroom. With every step, his head spun more and more. Maybe he should have said no to his friends' suggestion to go out for a couple of drinks. Now, thinking about it, he couldn't even remember why he had agreed. Wooyoung had work the next morning, and now it would be hell on earth. He groaned out loud and shuffled into his living room. The dim light was lit in there and he scoffed at himself for leaving it on. "I swear to god I already can't pay the bills- what the fuck-" Wooyoung rubbed over his eyes a couple of times. He slapped himself across the face and looked into the living room again. And it was gone, the hallucination he had seen. Only his dog remained, which made Wooyoung laugh. "Oh man, Yunho. Daddy's had too many drinks" he babbled and threw himself next to the gold retriever sitting on the couch. "I thought I just saw a dude sitting on my couch," he laughed and shook his head, crawled the dog behind his ears.
Yunho attacked his owner with kisses and made his place over his lap. He was a quite large dog but loved to be babied. And sometimes he accidentally threw Wooyoung over as he forgot how heavy he actually was. "But it was just you, mhm?" Wooyoung stroke through the soft fur and rested his head against the cushion. "Are you mad at me for not coming home? You usually greet me right at the door," he giggled and gathered his energy to stand up. Wooyoung didn't like sleeping in the clothes he had worn outside, so he shuffled to the bathroom first. Yunho followed the other everywhere. He had been gone for too long. "Mhm, I missed you too Yunnie~ but please let me change," Wooyoung whined and tried his best to not stumble over his dog. He put his clothes into the basket and washed his face, brushed his teeth, and shuffled into the bedroom.
Wooyoung let himself fall onto his bed and groaned out loud when all his bones seemed to crack at the same time. Right after, a relieving wave washed over him. He yawned and turned to his side, got comfortable for sleep. Yunho jumped on the bed as well and took his place next to his owner, happily smiling at him. "Asking for goodnight cuddles?" Wooyoung concluded and gave in, giving his companion what he was asking for.
He loved his dog, since he had him he felt much less lonely. Yunho had become his best friend, though he doubted he understood everything he was telling him. But golden retrievers were known to be very intelligent. Maybe he did understand him? That didn't matter in the end though. He made him feel happier, and that counted enough.
"Good night Yuyu~"

Yunho snaked out of Wooyoung's arms and looked down at him. He breathed out in relief and jumped out of the bed, walked to the bathroom to wash himself up. You see, little Wooyoung had no idea what Yunho exactly was, and he wasn't planning to let his guard down anytime soon. The human was not completely wrong about the being he was living with. Yunho was a dog... partly.
The hybrid looked at himself in the mirror while he was washing his face and behind the ears. "That was close, Yunho," he said to himself and tipped his lips. "You have to be more cautious" He stole a glance at the clock, 4 am it read. Wooyoung would get out of bed in an hour and take a shower before leaving for work at around eight. And then he would come back around 4 pm, and after he had eaten they would spend hours at the park for him. It was a routine that usually didn't change. Well, exceptions were when his owner tried dating and brought someone home. Then he was occupated for a week and would end up getting his heart broken.
