'y/n',

Platt said to me as I tried to sneak past her and make my way up to intelligence. I stopped and turned around slowly walking over to her desk,

'Adam told me you weren't coming in today',

Platt said looking up from her paperwork, I nodded my head at her,

'Adam did not want me to come in today',

I said in response, she nodded her head and raised her eyebrows at me,

'maybe you should have listen to him',

Platt said, I shook my head at her and backed away from the desk,

'Platt I'm fine',

I said to her, she shook her head at me as I walked up the stairs,

'you were stabbed only a week ago I highly doubt that y/n',

Platt said as I opened the gate to intelligence. I winced in pain as I continued to walk up the stairs, I walked in and no one really noticed me, I laughed slightly,

'wow if I knew this was the welcome back I'd get I would've stayed home for a bit longer',

I said smiling at everyone, everyone quickly looked up at move towards me. Adam stayed back,

'I thought you weren't coming back for a few weeks',

Jay said being the first to hug me, I became quite confused,

'and who told you that?'

I asked him before seeing Adam quickly walk into the break room. Everyone wanted to talk to me but could see I needed to have a conversation with Adam, they let me walk towards the break room. I walked in closing the door behind me,

'baby you shouldn't be here',

Adam asked me, I nodded my head slightly agreeing with him in this moment as I was in a lot of pain and feeling quite dizzy. Adam finally looked up at me,

'y/n you look like shit sit down',

Adam quickly walking over to me and pushing me towards the couch in there, I followed what he said,

'Thanks for compliment baby',

I said in response, he looked at me concerned as he saw something on my shirt,

'y/n that's blood; you busted your stitches open I told you that you should not have come'.
