"I can't"
Complete silence. I look at her now. The tears welling in her eyes, I looked at everyone else who was gasping at what she said.
"Wait. What" I managed to slip out. She just stared at me and I let a tear fall. After everything. I wanted her to be with me forever and she declines it. I just kept staring. I dropped the ring as my hand started to shake. I dropped the smile and started to make my way out of the yard.
"Four!" I heard Zeke shout. I couldn't even turn around. The tears were running down my face, my vision was going blurry. How could she do this.
"Four. Just listen to her" I hears will shout. Why are the taking her side. I screamed as I kicked over the garbage can.
"Toby" I heard someone faintly say, I turned my head and saw Tris sanding behind me. Her tear stained face was staring at me.
"What Tris. You don't want me and I don't want to hear it" I shot at her as I sat on the bench. I placed my head in my hands. I left Paige for what. Nothing.
"Just listen. Please." She said. I nodded still with my head in my hands.
"Go on then" I spat at her. I heard her sigh.
"You know what." She said. Standing on the bench making it shake a bit. I lifter by head out my hands and saw her standing there looking down on me.
"I don't know what came over me. Okay. I will marry you. Im scared that's all , I love you to bits" she said and I smiled. Ever so slightly. But. I know that's not the truth.
She placed the ring on her finger, it slid perfectly onto her small skinny finger. She smiled. And then took my hand and led me off the bench. I didn't say a word nor did I want to. This moment was perfect and I'm not letting anything ruin that.

I watched them two play happy families. There's not much I can do now, she's happy. And that's all I want for her. He treats her like a princess, not much more than what I can do. The only thing is I'm not going to hurt her. Ever. She looked at me and squealed after shoving the ring in my face. I have to give four that, he knows how to spoil her. My face dropped as I heard him whisper something into her ear, it was something good. Something they will both enjoy because she just went red and smiled.
He walked behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist he kissed her neck and she moaned his name a bit and I couldn't stand it. I stood up still watching her.
"Save it for later perv" she said kissing him. I stormed off towards the kitchen. I let out a frustrated scream as I heard someone cough. I turned around to see Tris. Her blonde hair falling down to her shoulders. Her blue eyes glistening at me.
"What's wrong cupcake" she said and I smiled. Remembering that name.
"Nothing. Don't call me cupcake, I'm not 14 no more" I reminded her as she dropped her fingering on one of the cupcakes icing. She moaned as she turned around.
"I'll be back cupcake" she said as she walked put swaying her ass.
"Beautiful ain't she" I heard fours voice say as I jumped.
"Umm.. Yeah" I said getting my focus back, he just kept staring at me. What is he going to do.
"I know you like her" he said coming closer to me. I took a big gulp, not knowing what to say.
"I-I" I tried to say something. Nothing would come out.
"Look this isn't high school anymore. She's my fiancè, I know it hurts. Sorry bro. Please I'll kook after her. You need to move on. I know you've liked her since high school, the day I came and took her you tried to be happy. But when I got her pregnant and the way you reacted that's when I knew for sure. She's mine , always will be" he said spitting it at me. But then tapped my shoulder like he was okay with it. I smiled. As he walked away.
"Wanna bet" I said as he was out of my sight. I picked up my cell. I took a breath as I dialed his number.
"Hello?" The voice said. I took a breath in.
"I'm in on the plan" I said and I could feel his smirk through the phone.
"I knew I could rely on you, keep me updated. We can meet tomorrow" he said and the line went dead.
