I opened my eyes quickly.

I felt a urge to throw up. I got out the bed and ran into the bathroom and threw up in the toilet instantly.

"Ugh what the fuck," I said quietly to myself.

I threw up again.

I sat on the floor laying my head on the toilet.

I heard Kamari call my name. Later, she came into the bathroom, "Kailani what's wrong," she asked me.

I shrugged my shoulders and threw up again, "I have no idea," I said weakly.

"I just woke up feeling like I had to throw up."

She stared at me for a minute before saying "Okay stay there I'm gonna go get you some water and an aspirin," she said before walking out the bathroom.

I feel horrible.

She finally came back and handed me a bottle of water and a pill.

I sat up and opened the bottle.

She also had a box in her hand.

"I want you to take this pregnant test," she said.

My eyes got big, "I'm not pregnant."

She owned the box and shook her head, "I'm not taking any chances please just take it I want to make sure," she told me as she handed the stick to me.

I took the pill she gave me.

I sighed and got up, "Fine."

Kamari walked out closing the door behind her.

My heart was raced and my hands were shaking.

I literally just got here, I can't give up my dream like that.

I peed on the stick and closed the cap. I set it on the counter.

After a few minutes, Kamari knocked on the door.

"Did you do it," she asked me.

"Yeah," I said softly. She opened the door and looked at me.

"Have you checked it," she asked.

I shook my head wiped my tears away.

"Can you look at it first?"

Kamari nodded her head. "Of course," she said before grabbing the pregnancy test.

She looked at it and she didn't show any emotion.

"What does it say," I asked.

She looked up at me and said, "You're pregnant."

My heart sank and I cried.

"M-m-my dreams are g-gone I won't get to be on the dance team anymore," I said.
