                                           MAX's P.O.V.

I knew it was her the same moment she walked in. She wasn't as clean as always, but she was beautiful as always. I felt an amazing feeling all through my body. I just wanted to run over to her and lift her in the air like I used to lift Phillie. I wanted to kiss her for the first time in my life. I wanted to tell her that I love her. Most of all I was so happy that she's okay and that I'm able to see her again.

"Sarah."- I smiled while approaching her.

"Max? I was hoping I'll find you here."- she smiled and rushed in my arms.

I embraced her and hold her tight so I could never let her go.

"So, you two know each other?"- the man that brought them asked.

"Yeah, can we... Can we go out to talk?"- I asked.

"Yes, but don't let anyone see you or the way back to the shelter."- the man answered.

So, Sarah and I went out. The night before was dark, so I couldn't see the way we were going, but now I can see were on the other side of the woods. I've never been on this side, but I can tell that it's beautiful. Sarah and I walked a little bit deeper in the woods. When we came to some kind of rock we stopped and sat there. The birds were singing above our heads and the sun was shining like never before. If I don't tell her this time, then I won't do that any time. But, of course, I couldn't start with that.

"How did you end up here?"- I asked her.

"Well this whole story got complicated and I tried to explain my father that his wrong. That they're wrong. But he didn't want to believe me. So he brought me and mom in some kind of house. He said it's a safe place. But, I couldn't just sit there and wait for him to kill all of these innocent people. So, I ran away. I've heard for this group that's with the people from the other side. They treat us like we're rebels, but we just want to fight for the truth. So here I am. I came with the group of rebels."- Sarah explained.

"Why? Why did you do that?"- I asked,.

"I've told you, I want to help these innocent people."- she looked me in the eyes.

"You're an amazing human being."- I smiled.

"Thank you, I try to."- she smiled back.

We laughed for a while and then just got caught in a second gazing in each other's eyes.

"I was worried for you."- I told her - "I was worried that you'll... That you'll..."

"That I'll die."- she finished my words -"Bit I didn't. I'm here."

"I know, and it makes me unbelievably happy. I'm just so glad nothing has happened to you."- I looked at her.

"What have you been doing this whole time, except being worried for me?"- she asked.

"There were tons of things happening around for such a small time."- I said.

"So, how did you end up here? One of the rebels?"- she asked.

"I came with Cat. She's... She's a good friend. An amazing and caring girl."- I smiled.

"So you trust her now."- she stated.

"Yeah, I do."- I agreed -"I think I trust her the most than anyone. I'm sorry because of that argument last time I saw you. I was just worried that if I decide so early to trust her, something bad is going to happen."

"Well, a lot of bad things are happening because people don't trust us."- she looked away.

"I know, but I hope that's going to change soon. I have a plan."- I smiled.

"What is it?"- she excitedly asked.

"Well, I think that a lot of people would be open to help if they just knew the truth. So we're going to do that. Tell them the truth."- I said.

"How are you going to do that?"- she asked.

"Well, I'm still thinking about that. Maybe if we could gather them up and just tell them."- I said.

"It sounds like a stupid idea, but it might work."- she laughed.

"Thanks for the support."- I laughed back.

"So, how do you think you're going to gather up the whole world without government trying to stop you?"- she asked.

"I still don't know, but it doesn't have to be the whole world. The whole town is enough, and the media is going to take care of the rest."- I told her.

"I remember I read somewhere that in the lang syne there were big wars all around the world. Now this is reminding me of that."- she smiled.

"I missed this so much. Your intellectual and funny thoughts. Your smile and laugh. You. I missed you, the most."- I took her hand.

"I missed you too Max."- she smiled.

"I'm trying to tell you this for a long time, and I think that moment has finally arrived. Sarah, I... I love you with all my heart. The whole time I couldn't see you, it was torment for me. I didn't want you to go thinking I'm a heartless jerk, because if I have these feelings for you, then I must have a heart."- I looked in her eyes.

"Max... I never knew you... Okay, now, I don't want to cry, because these are great news, and it's not a moment for crying, but if I do please forgive me..."- she started wiping off the tears of her cheeks.

"I love you too Max. Just... I was really scared to tell you that. I was scared that you don't feel the same and that you're going to hate me after I tell you that."- she said.

"Sarah Marcy Dawson, I could never hate you."- I smiled.

I brought her closer and our lips touched. Finally, this moment arrived. The moment I'm going to kiss Sarah. She kissed me and immediately  a wave of electricity just went all trough my body. I held her tight. I didn't want this moment to pass, I wanted it to last forever.

After her face separated of mine she just let out a laugh of relief.

"I wanted to do this so much."- she smiled.

"I was in temptation a few times myself."- I smiled back.

"Should we go?"- she asked.

"I want this to last forever, but, I guess we'll have to leave."- I said.

So we got up and hugged each other one more time. Suddenly I realize the movement in the bushes behind her. The top of a shotgun was peeking out of the bush.

"Sarah!"- I shouted.

But it was too late. The man behind the bushes shot, and the bullet went trough Sarah's back. Sarah's body just slipped out of my hands and onto the ground. I just fell next to her.

"Sarah! Say, just, say something."- I shook her hand.

"You're a great kisser."- she laughed.

I cried. It's been a long ago since I cried last time. A slim line of dark red blood was gliding from her mouth. She closed her beautiful eyes and fell in eternal sleep.
