"Let it all out my sweet love." He stroked my back whispering sweet nothings into my ear as he let me cry into his chest.

"What is my girl crying about huh?" Keith pulled away from the hug, lifting my chin so our eyes would meet.
"I-I don't know... these past few days have been such a mess." He wiped my tears away, I leaned into his soft touch naturally.
"Tell me about it sugar." He frowned pulling me closer to straddle his lap.
"It's so weird, I got to meet so many talented people I look up to, Bowie, you and the rest of the Stones." I managed to get out.
"But-" I was cut off by Tommy bursting through the door.
"What's wrong?" He seemed out of breath.
"Can everyone just stop asking that stupid question!" I broke away from Keith's embrace.
"Sorry I didn't mean to upset you, I just want to be here for you." He held a guilty expression, I knew it wasn't his intention to frustrate me.
"I know, but I just need space right now." I need to go home that's the only place I'll be able to get away from everybody.
"Hey why are you all in here?" Kelso asked looking around confused.
"I was just leaving, can one of you give me a ride home?" I was still pretty shaken up but managed to gather my stuff from around the room.
"You're leaving already?" Keith walked up to me.
"Yeah I think it's time for me to get home, I have things to do." I made an excuse to leave.
"Alright then I'll take you home." He offered helping me with my bag, once we made it to the car my mom came outside.
"You're leaving already honey?" She asked.
"Yeah I have a lot to do before tomorrow." I lied.
"Are you sure you'll all be alright home alone?" She asked.
"I'll be fine, and you guys don't have to come, stay and have fun." I gave a convincing smile, I didn't want to ruin their day.
"Are you sure?" Tommy didn't seem too convinced.
"I'm sure." I assured him.
"Ok we won't be long." He said as I got in the passenger seat of Keith's ready to go car. He drove off, the car ride was silent for the most part.
"If you want I can stay home with you so you won't have to be by yourself." He broke the comfortable silence.
"It's fine your friends are waiting for you to get back." I really didn't want to be a bother.
"I'm just worried about you, you seemed really upset and covered it up real quick." He looked over at me for a second before returning his gaze to the road.
"I'm going through a lot right now, I'll be fine again in a couple of days." At least I hoped I'd feel like myself again soon.
"Is it because of your parents?" He asked.
"Kind of." It was and I had to get over it. Dad was right, it's best for everyone to move on, preferably as soon as possible.
When we pulled up the drive way, Keith cut the engine off and followed behind me as I unlocked the front door. But came to a stop once I noticed the few boxes that laid by my parents bedroom door.
I walked over to open one only to find my father's belongings inside. I grabbed a sweater of his and smiled at a few fond memories that came to mind. I'm going to miss him, but it's not like he's moving far away, at least I hope he's not.
