"I love you Y/n." I closed my eyes at ease to still be able to sleep with her in my arms.

Finally, our last stop is here in New York City.

"Well we have one last show tonight, after a long two months we get to return home." Tommy sighed heavily looking around as if to take everything in.

"Come on T-bone we have to finish our last sound check." Nikki called out for his friend with a small smile. This was both, thrilling and emotional for them. Their first official tour was coming to an end as a new chapter of possibilities opened.

"I'm going to miss this." Tommy spoke barely above a whisper.

"Don't be sad Tommy, you're forgetting this isn't the end, it's only the beginning." I reminded him.

"You're right." His smile grew, showing nothing but optimism and gratitude.

"Once you all get back you'll get some proper, much needed rest and then head straight to the studio and start all over agin." Doc nodded, a proud smile that the boys had come to finishing their first of many tours to come with a lifetime of success.

"Alright let's do this thing!" Tommy cheered hyping everyone.

"That's what I'm talking about." They got straight to work and got on with sound check.

It was now later into the night almost that hour for the last show of the grand Exile on Main St. tour.

"It's always a bitter sweet moment at the end of every tour." Charlie spoke to the guys before they headed on stage to start the show.

"It's the end of an era and onto a new one, you know you'll be back someday when your next album is released and you want to get back home to those you miss." He went on as we all took his words in.

"Eventually you'll get used to the routine and then is when you realize if you love it or it's not for you." He finished.

"Thanks Charlie we needed that." One by one they hugged.

"Who wants a drink!" Mick came into view with another famous bottle of whiskey and glasses for everyone.

"This is for the last show of the tour, congratulations guys you've officially made it through the two months without dying." Mick toasted and a roar of laughter filled the room before we all drank the hard liquor.

"Now go out there and rock them!" Keith Cheered and before we knew it, it was time.

"Here we go." Tommy whispered turning towards me.

"Go get 'em tiger." Exchanging smiles he turned towards his band mates and huddled then went on stage.

"There they go." Keith laid his head on my shoulder as I watched my friends do what they loved most.

Eventually the night grew darker and before we knew it, the night was over after hours of celebration.

"Darling." The deep, raspy voice shook me slightly awakening me from my sleep. I blinked my tired eyes, focusing on Keith's smiling face above me.
