It’s been two weeks since I’ve been with Kevin and Veronica.
It’s been two weeks since the argument I had with Fiona.
Turns out the purse lady was a bitch, and knew we took the money.
Lucky for us we kept the money Fiona was going to give her.
I finished my very early morning shift at the diner I work at.
I walked in through the backdoor. I see Ethel, Debbie and the babysitting kids. I close the door.
Debbie was having a hard time. “Stop throwing food, Ankush. Stop it’s not funny.” Debbie tells the kid
“One, Two, Three. Eyes on who?” I asked the kids as I put my stuff down next to the stairs
“You!” The kids yell as they look at me
“No more throwing food and eat. Or no pool.” I tell the kids With that the kids eat quietly.
Debbie sighed “Thank you Kat.” Debs thanked me
“No problem, I got it from here. Go rest.” I tell her as I start cleaning up the mess the kids did in
“its okay Kat. I can do it.” Debbie tried to argue
“its an order Debbie. Go watch Tv or something. Ethel can help me, if she wants. “ I tell Debbie as I picked up the empty dishes and put them in the sink
“Yes, I can help Kat. You go rest Debbie.” Ethel tells Debbie
Debbie went to the restroom, Ethel and I start cleaning while the kids eat.
“Thanks for the help, Ethel.” I thanked my friend-ish as I washed the dishes
“Its not problem at all. I enjoy being around kids.” Ethel tells me as she mops
I looked at her then at the dishes cleaning them again
“You know, Tomorrow will be will be the day I found out I was pregnant with my daughter JJ.” I told Ethel
“really? Were you excited When you found out?” Ethel asked me as she puts the mop and bucket in the corner of the room
“I was. Debbie, Veronica and I were at the store. We took the pregnancy test there. It was eventful.” I tell her with a smile
I finished washing the dishes and started putting clothes to wash.
“I could remember the day like it was yesterday. I wish she was here “ I whispered the last part
“You would have been a great mother Kat. I see the way you treat Liam, Carl and Debbie. The way you treat them is how a mother would treat them.” Ethel tells me as I push start on the washer
“Thanks Ethel.” I smiled at her Debbie walked out of the bathroom. I smiled at Debbie.
“What?” Debbie asked I shake my head with a smile on my face “Nothing Debs.”
Suddenly there’s a knock at the backdoor. Debbie opens it. I see a blond lady holding a baby.
“I’m looking for Fiona Gallagher?” the blond lady asked I walk behind debbie
“How old is he?” Debbie asked as I put my hand on her shoulder.
“He is a She. Where’s Fiona?” the blondie asked
“Hey Debs, go get Fi.” I told her she nods then went upstairs
“Come in.” I invited her in
She enters suddenly Liam starts crying I pick him up, and rock him back and forth as I sooth him
“You kids done?” I asked the kiddos they all yelled a yeah
“Okay go to the living It’s movie time.” I told them they all ran to the living room
“Ethel can you put on monster Inc for the kids?” I asked her.
She nods then leaves the room with Noah.
I looked at the lady “Have a sit. Fiona will be down in a minute.” I tell her as I put Liam in his high chair
“Thanks.” Blondie said then sits as I start picking up the dishes
Suddenly Fiona comes downstairs. The lady gets up from the chair and walks up to Fiona
Fiona extended her hand “Hey, I’m Fiona.”
Suddenly the blondie punched Fiona as she says “Bitch.” Fiona falls to the floor
“That’s for fucking my husband.” The blondie said
My eyes widen “What?!” I yelled
Fiona gets up and starts running as she said “Oh, Shit.”
“Remember me? Lucy Joe Heiser? Craig’s wife.” The blondie said as she ran after Fiona
I start hearing bangs upstairs then I hear Lucy say “Oh, I see. You run like a coward, you filthy bitch.”
I chuckle ‘Oh she’s going to get a lot worse from me’
“What the hell happened? What did Fiona do?” Debbie asked me as I make myself some coffee
“Its grown up business, babes. I’ll tell you when you’re older.” I tell her as I pour the coffee in a cup
“Coffee?” I asked her she shrugs then says “Sure.”
