Ocean Series: Footprints in the Sand (COMPLETED)

Chapter 30

Emma was now walking to the Cannary beach, she wants to calm down for a bit dahil ilang araw na siyang umiiyak at nagmumukhang walang gana sa lahat. Her mother told her to have time for herself right now kaya nandito siya ngayon sa baybayin para magpahinga.

She brought a table cloth and some food to have some snacks later, she placed the table mantle on the sand at agad na hinanda ang basket niya. Emma sat on the table cloth while viewing the sunset slowly setting on the horizon she then let out some air before thinking some thoughts that could pass her time there but she remembered their time together here.

A lot of memories have been made together, from  reading the book they love at this spot, eating dinner here and talk about some stuffs related to them, walking and cuddling each other in the sand leaving some footprints behind, and also the day she gave her best yes to him.

Emma smiled of that thought but suddenly, her smile faded when she remembered Casper's incident.

It’s been a month since the incident happen and when some of them really assumed that Casper died,  she couldn’t believe it. She tried her best not to believe it every day, every minute, every second dahil alam niya mismo mula sa puso niya that her man was still alive out there waiting for the time to come where they will finish all of these.

Tears began to fall again on her, she still want him to be alive but she was filled with lots of rumors that made her slowly believe it but she stopped herself from listening it dahil may sarili siyang paniniwala.

Emma was tired of sitting kaya agad siyang tumayo at nagsimulang lumakad sa buhangin. She was now silently walking on the beachside feeling the ocean water splashing on her feet while feeling that soothing air of the Island.

She felt at ease in that moment, lalo na nang makita niya ang araw na lumulubog sa dagat na nakapagpaganda sa kaniyang loob. She walked and walked leaving some footprints behind and then later  she can see the sun already set on the horizon and the moon is now shinning.

While she was walking on the sand, she noticed something watching her behind the palm trees.

At first, she didn’t mind it but when she was about to go back, she saw the figure again. She looked at it, and she knows it’s a figure of a man creeping on the palm tree, the man was cloth with a black loose long sleeve tucked on the black Locksley pants paired with black boots.

Emma can’t identify who it was because the man was masked and wears a black round hat, she was about to go near the man and asked him who he was but when she’s near him, the man suddenly turned his back on her at agad na tumakbo papalayo.

Emma was confused of the man who suddenly walked away from her, but she ignored it and start fixing her table cloth before putting it in the basket.

She was now going back to her house when she noticed the man again standing beside the post, she couldn’t see his face because it was now night.

Her heart was beating fast dahil baka isa itong kidnapper o mga tauhan na naman ni Giovanni so she quickly ran away hanggang sa marating niya ang kaniyang bahay.

When she walked inside, she saw her family together with Diana and Phoebe sitting on the dining table to eat their dinner kaya nagpanggap siya na walang nangyari o kinakabahan sa harap nila at agad na umupo para kumain.

Dominic was now on his way towards their hideout while bringing their meal he got from the family they asked to took care of them, which is Tino’s family.

It’s been a month since they got here at Isla Esperanza, it’s been months also since he saw his family. He misses them but he tried his best to contain it dahil nagtatago muna sila mula kay Giovanni para makapag plano nang paghiganti.
