Segovia's Revenge: 2

Casper was still hugging the lady in front of him, he knew who she was and it’s his mom that he has been believing all this time that she’s dead.

“Mom! I can’t believe you’re really alive.” Casper said while hugging his mother happily despite of the commotion that is happening around.

His mother was confused of him, she didn’t remember anything and she doesn’t even know Casper who is in front of her, hugging her with joy and excitement.

“I’m sorry hijo, but who are you?” The woman asked him so Casper was shock and confused at the same time.

“It’s me Casper, your only son mom.” Casper said and cupped her face but the woman got his hands off before standing.

“I don’t have a son, I’m just an ordinary maid of Don Alonzo, and I don’t even have a husband to bear you, I stayed here for a long time now.” The woman said to Casper and he was very confused of what she’s doing to him, Why can’t she remember me? Did she lost her memories because of the tragedy that happened? A lot of confusing questions passed Casper’s mind but her focus was only to her.

"Who are you then?” Casper asked her, he wants to confirm if she really lost her memories.

“I’m Flora, and you?” The woman said to him at agad siyang nalito, it was really confusing to him.

She really lost her memories, even though her name she couldn’t remember, but her name is much close to her original one, Florence to Flora, what happened to you mom?

“Don’t you remember me? I’m your son Casper, the one that you lost when you have been killed but you’re alive.” Casper said but the woman just stared at him with confusion, She really didn’t remember him but she can familiarize the name.

They immediately dropped to the ground when they heard an explosion of a grenade outside.

“We should go.” Casper said and grabbed his mother.

Casper grabbed his gun on the back of his pocket when he heard some shots coming towards them and hide at the wall, he looked at his mother who is scared of what is happening so he strenghten his hold.

  “Stay calm mom.” Casper said but he doesn’t have the time to calm her mother because they we’re shoot unto their direction. Patuloy na lumalaban sa pagputok si Casper sa mga gwardiya sa malayo, ang kaniyang isang kamay ay nakahawak sa kaniyang nanay at ang isa naman ay patuloy na humahawak sa baril.

Casper saw a grenade incoming to them kaya agad niyang tinulak papalayo ang kaniyang nanay habang siya ay tumalon sa lamesa.

“Mom!” Casper called his mother when she  ran towards to another direction after the explosion.

Casper can only hear a lot of guns shooting, grenades exploding and the cries of their team and also the Alonzo’s guards.

He jumped on a table to slide to the other side while shooting the guards incoming to him until he dropped to the ground, tumakbo siya papalapit sa balkonahe nang mansiyon at nakita niya na marami nang nasawing buhay sa baba, he didn’t like the view of his team screaming in agony so he went back inside but a guard shot towards his direction so he tried his best to avoid it, he then successfully did but the glass window at his back shattered into pieces and wounded his face.

Pinahid ni Casper ang dugo sa kaniyang ulo at binawala ito. Agad siyang tumayo at agad na tinamaan ang lalaki, lumakad siya papunta doon at kinuha ang kaniyang baril.
