"Sabi mo ayaw mo!" you hissed.
Srsly? "Bili nalang tayo-"
"No! She cooked that for me."
Oh, jeez! What's with my sister's lumpia?
"Meron ka ba?" I asked.
Your eyes widen, you were just about to say something else when my sister walked up. She turned on the TV and sat beside us. We kept silent. Few minutes had passed, the movie was over. There was a brief awkward silence. "I'll get it." I said and stood up to turn it off. I was halfway to the television when you uttered, "I love you."
I turned my back and looked at you, and in my rush to tell you that I loved you, too, I stepped on my key--why was it there anyway?, and slid down, butt first. Making you and my sister laughed. Thanks for reminding me what butterflies feel like.
