Chapter 21

Louis's P.O.V

I was scared.

The doctor said that Lexi might not wake up.

Kenzi was the one that was most worried.

She was locked up in Zayn's room with Zayn back at home. I stayed at the hospital because of my cuts and bruises.

"Hey buddy." I looked up to find Liam.

"Hi."

"Lou. Bud. I know you're worried but we all are-"

The doctor interrupted us.

"I have some news about Lexi. She....she's gotten worse.'"

"Can you give us a minute?" The doctor nodded and left.

"C'mere." I fell into Liam's embrace and tears streamed down my face.

Lexi. Please wake up. Please.

Zayn's P.O.V

"Kenzi. Babe. Give it back!"

I was chasing her around the flat because she took my mirror.

She wasn't worried about Lexi. Kenzi has faith in Lexi.

I took her by the wrists and I pinned her to the wall.

"Gotcha." I planted a kiss on her lips.

Her arms wrapped around my neck and my arms wrapped around her waist.

"Am I interrupting something?" I pulled away to find Sophia.

"I....uhm....." my cheeks heated up.

Kenzi laughed. "Not at all."

We all sat down on the couch.

"Louis is really upset. Liam told me that she's gotten worse."

I looked at Kenzi and she nodded.

"Lexi is a fighter. She'll make it."

"But what if she doesn't? I mean who knows how bad Harry hit her and-"

"SHE CAN'T DIE! SHE CAN'T LEAVE ME! SHE PROMISED!"

Kenzi went into my arms and that's hen she broke down.

She was right though. Both of them.

Harry could've hit her pretty hard. Who knows how bad Lexi's condition is.

But, Lexi and Kenzi have been by each other's side long enough to know when to be calm and when to freak out.

I just hope that everything will be okay.

Someone's suspicious' P.O.V

"How bad is she?"

I waited for an answer.

"She's stable. But she could become worse."

I ran a hand through my hair.

"Okay keep me updated."

I sighed as Joan walked through the door.

"Hey baby. What's wrong?"

She hugged me.

"My sister. She has been in the hospital for weeks and I'm worried."

"It'll be okay. Now what about this Alexia person?"

"What about her?"

"How is she? What is she like?"

"She's the reason that Blake is gone. Her, her little friends and that One Direction as well."

She looked up at me. "What if we get revenge for what they did by making the people she loves disappear as well?"

I smirked. "Have I told you that I love you?"

"I don't remember. Have you?" She smiled playfully.

I planted a kiss on her lips.

"Don't worry. We'll get revenge for Blake and you're sister will get better."
