Chapter 5

I looked out the window as I was going home.

Yes, I was going home.

I never wanted to meet One Direction and I never wanted to fall for Zayn and get my heart broken.

But things happen for a reason.

"So are you gunna tell me what happened?" Lex and I walked through the door.

We live together, I forgot to mention.

"I fell for Zayn."

Lex widened her eyes.

"But he's dating-"

"Perrie. And I heard her talking with Eleanor and Sophia saying that she'll drop kick me if I fall for any of their boyfriends and Perrie said that I'll never have a chance with Zayn because he'll never break up with her."

I collapsed on the sofa letting my tears fall.

"C'mon." she pulled me back out to the car.

She went way back the speed limits back to the boys' flat.

She opened the door and she yelled, "ZAYN JAVAAD MALIK. GET YOUR ASS IN HERE NOW!"

Zayn came in looking a bit scared.

So Lex told all of the boys what I told them.

"I don't believe you." Louis, Liam and Zayn said.

"What? Why? I'm telling you the truth. Do you not trust me?" I looked at the three of them.

"Well, you were looking at us during the movie." Liam said.

"But the fact that Perrie said that she'll drop kick me if I like Zayn and that I'll never get a chance with Zayn because never will leave her? That doesn't bother you at all?" I crossed my arms.

"How do I know that you're not lying?" Zayn cocked an eyebrow.

"She is my best friend. She would never lie. And if you don't believe her then I hate all of you." Lex looked at Harry and Niall then said, "Except you guys. Unless you guys don't believe her either."

"Well.." Harry looked at Niall to continue. "We want to. But......" Niall looked at Harry. "They're our friends and we just met you guys."

"Just met us." Lex laughed. "If you just met us, why did you kiss me?"

"WHAT???" Louis looked at Harry will anger in his eyes.

"Louis, shut up. You kissed me too and you have a girlfriend that I never knew about. So don't say that you just met us. You might've met us today, but at least we don't just jump to conclusions unlike you judgemental idiots.

How do you know that your 'precious girlfriends' didn't say that? They would obviously lie to you so you wouldn't leave them. God! Why do you honestly believe that Kenzi is lying? I cannot believe I ever liked you guys. Because if this is how you treat people, then I don't wanna be a Directioner anymore."

Lex left after her little fit. The boys each looked a bit redempted. They knew that what she said was true. They knew that what Lexi said was true. They shouldn't just jump to conclusion.

"We're sorry." Liam and Louis said.

Zayn still looked at me with a face saying that he still didn't believe me but he wants some proof.

"Sorry isn't gunna cut it. You really hurt me. We might've known each other for about a couple of hours but I really thought you guys would believe me. I'm sorry guys, but I can't forgive you."

"Please." Niall's voice cracked a bit.

I honestly wanted to forgive them but they really hurt me.

I shook my head 'no'.

"Please Kenz. I realky like having you around." Niall had tears in his eyes. My heart felt like it was tearing apart. Niall really wanted to be my friend. But since he talks to the rest of the boys, I don't know if I should forgive him.
Wait, he said that he was taking their side since he is friends with Perrie, Eleanor and Sophia.

"Sorry Niall. You didn't believe me at first. As much as I really wanna forgive you, I can't."

Suddenly, Niall burst into tears.

"I'm sorry!" He sobbed.

He truly felt bad for not believing me.

But I just can't forgive him.

Instead of saying something, I left. I cried in Lexi's arms.

"I know Kenz. I know it hurts."

She rubbed my back up and down. We drove home and when I got in, I went up to my room and I cried a river.
How could I have done this?
I could have just forgiven them but I had to make this situation worse.
Well, none of this would've happened if I hadn't hit Zayn with my car. Then we would've never met them.
But I had to be complicated.

I had to be jamming out.

I looked at the starry sky.

I saw a shooting star and I made a wish.
I wish that somehow, some way, my life can go back to normal.

I went to sleep and I dreamt that my life was normal again and that I never met One Direction.

But sadly, that dream will never come true.

I would wish for Oreos, and for me and Louis to be together forever.
