"pick your poison Kyu, but im telling you, im gonna beat you into the ground so hard, you'll be in your own grave!" i said wickedly, wandering over and picking up a controller.

"you won't need that." he replied, tugging a box out of the cupboard.

he passed me a guitar, and got himself one.

"Oh Kyu, im soooo gonna kick your butt. this is my favourite game of all time!!!" i squealed.

"i know," he smiled. i gave him a weird look. how did he know?

"you do realise we are all Broken Silence fans right? its not just Henry and Yesung.... we follow you on twitter so i saw the thing where you announced your favourite video game to your fans." he explained, i jumped towards him.

"you're a Royaltie?" i asked, bouncing on the balls of my feet. I had no idea they followed me on twitter, how the heck did i miss that?!

"you could say that, and anyway, i figured since we both make our money through music, this would be the best way to test who is better." he shrugged.

i smiled wickedly. "who picks the song?" i asked.

"you can"

after spending half an hour making a character that, i have to say, looked just like me, i finally started the game.

about ten minutes ago i had turned around to find him asleep, lying half on-half off his bed, so, keeping my eyes trained on the screen in front of me i shouted. "KYU WAKE UP!"

he jolted awake, and stood up. "what song are we doing?" he asked, wiping a line of drool from his mouth.

"Dance, Dance - Fall out boy" i replied without looking up at him, i was in gamer mode now, and this was my favourite song on the list.

as we began to play, my fingers pressed the familiar buttons, and i found myself feeling really happy. it finally felt a bit more like home, playing video games with a friend.

*KyuHyun's POV*

she....beat me.

how did she beat me?!

i got 99% and a near perfect score and she aced it, and wiped my name off the leader board because she got full points. She sat down on Sungmin's bed, led back and pretended to play a guitar solo, kicking her legs around in the air, wriggling her body around on the covers and squeezing her eyes shut.

i looked at her in disbelief.

"how did you do that?!" i exclaimed.

she opened her eyes and sat up.

"do what?" she asked innocently.

"beat me.....Cho KyuHyun! games master!" i laughed.

"im a gamer girl," she shrugged "what did you expect? i did warn you about my sheer epic awesomeness."

i laughed when she said that, because she did it with such a straight face, and casual tone.

"no way, i want a rematch!" i demanded, still chuckling.

"fine. i'll find another song." she flicked through until she found the one she wanted. She chose Bodies by drowning pool.

i made sure to do everything right, but somehow she managed to beat me, again!

"okay, okay, you win!" i admitted.

"thats better! now whose the best musician in the house?" she teased, poking me in the stomach gently.
