Eating out. Something I wish I had never agreed to. "Where do you want to eat?" A question I have never and will never answer. "Was something wrong with your meal?" An assumption that doesn't need to be asked.
"Where do you want to sit?" Freya asked me squeezing the hand that was in hers lightly, i shrug and let her pull us to some random booth. We sit down and the girls start talking about what they are gonna get. I don't understand nandos, Freya can just order for me. "What do you want kiddo?" Talia asks me, making me look up and at her "I- um, I'm- I don't know" I say before looking at the menu "Just, plain chicken and mash please" I say under my breath to freya and she nods getting the other girls orders "I'll come with you so you don't have to memorise it all" Talia stands up leaving me and Gee together.
"How are you?" I look up at her "Anxious" I say plainly "Why? Because it's busy?" I nod a little "And I don't feel like eating anything" I mumble just loud enough for her to hear. She must've understood why because she then said "Even if you can eat a little bit of chicken and some mash for me, i'll be so proud," She looks at me with soft eyes "Okay?" I nod and put my head down. "Do you want to know a bit about me?" I hear her ask and i look up at her "Yeah, if you don't mind" She nods "My full name is Georgina Nelson, but my name on twitch is Gee Nelly. I'm 25, i live with WillNE (AN does she still?) and that's about it" I smiled at her "my full name is Sophie Bradley-Nightengale, i'm 15, and that's it" I tell her fiddling with the strings of my hoodie.
"who's hoodie is that?" Talia asked sitting back down with freya "Adam's" I say taking a sip of water "Who's adam?" She asks confused "You know who Adam is Tal" I roll my eyes at her and shift uncomfortably. "Is he your boyfriend?" Gee teases me "no, he's just a friend" Talia scoffs "Friends don't cuddle" I shake my head "So your insinuating that jj and i are dating because we've cuddled before" She shook her head "I was having you on soph" I nodded and felt my phone buzz.

"There's our food," Freya says making me stuff my phone into my pocket. "Enjoy!" The woman tells us as she walks away. I look down at my plate. Too much too much too much too much too much too much. Get out get out get out get out. "I'm going to the bathroom," I stand up with my phone and go straight to the bathrooms.

"What's up?" He asks concerned "I can't do it Adam, i just can't" I say breathless "Baby, take a deep breath, and tell me what's wrong" I shakily breathe in and out "I can't eat anything, I-it's t-too much" I stutter, hyperventilating "Baby please just try and take some deep breaths," I try to focus in on his voice "I- i- c-ca-" I stutter out gasping for air.
Gee's POV
"Where did soph go?" I asked freya "Bathroo-," She was cut off by her phone ringing over and over "Hello?" She asked confused "Is she alright?" I heard and immediately knew it was about sophie, judging by the look on her face. I stood up and made a B-Line for the toilets. "Soph?" I ask quietly as i knock on the closed door "Y-yeah?" She says clearly struggling to breathe "Can you please open the door?" I hear her breathing and then the door opens "Do you trust me?" I ask and she nods. I hold out my hand and she places her shaky hand in mine
"There's an empty booth right outside the bathroom, no one will see you okay? It's better than being in the bathroom" She nods and follows me out. Still hyperventilating i sit down and tell her to sit with me "Lean on my chest and you can follow my breathing okay?" I had done this before while i was having a panic attack, it seems to be easier than following numbers to hold a breath, breathe in and out. I take a breath in and out making sure to exaggerate the movement in my chest. "Will you tell me what happened?" I asked quietly rubbing her shoulder. "Can we go back to the table?" She sat up and looked at me "Yeah, C'mere" I slip the sleeve of my hoodie over my hand and wipe the tears off his face "One bite of each will make me so happy," I said making her lightly smile.
