Collaborator Arc 2: Conquering Nature

Episode 14: Not Enough Feeling

(Alma charges her electricity and it starts turning black. As she builds up electricity, a thought crosses her mind.)

Alma: (Nah, I'm not strong enough yet.)

Hoffman: Black lightning. I know it well. Very powerful.

(Alma shoots a large bolt at Hoffman. Hoffman evades by leaning to his left. Trey attacks from the left with his blade blazing with black flame. Hoffman catches the sword and puts his right arm above him and catches Alma's foot.)

Alma: You're joking!

Hoffman: Sorry, girl. Speed is nothing when you can perceive things at the speed of light.

(Dark spikes twist around Hoffman's arm and pierces him. Trey slams his blade deep into the ground. Alma charges Hoffman's right arm and slams it onto the ground. He tries to lift it, but it is stuck.)

Hoffman: Electromagnetism? When did you get that Kyoi?

Alma: When she met me!

(Zellos comes down from above to deliver a powerful slash, but Hoffman bends the earth and lifts his arms with large chunks of rocks in his hands. Hoffman goes to crush Zellos, but Zellos' body floats upwards. The rocks crush before his face and he is suddenly taken away by a metal pole to safety.)

Zellos: Was that Micheal?

Micheal: Glad I called you in. This makes it much easier.

Nuvia: Yeah. Though I'm sure you'd rather be in the fight itself.

Jey: It's all good. I'll help anyway I can.

Micheal: Lets resync. It's time we help them out in a much fancier way.

(Their powers begin to synchronize.)

Micheal/Nuvia/Jey: Unison assault!

Micheal: Tartarus.

Zellos: The air is changing. Everyone, we have assistance.

(The ground shakes violently. Suddenly, it begins to warp shape almost like water. It forms into walls and platforms that move and change shape constantly.)

Trey: I can feel it. Don't let this go to waste! Get him!

(They all attack at once. Trey goes for a frontal attack. Hoffman goes to easily counter, but a wall springs up between them. Trey runs up the wall, able to maintain speed because Nuvia affects the gravity in such a way to allow them to run up walls and stand upside down on ceilings. As Trey runs up, Raine slides through a tunnel and lunges toward Hoffman. He quickly redirects her attack away and she recovers by slipping through a hole in the wall and sliding away. Suddenly four walls surround Hoffman 10 ft away as Zellos flies in and attempts to slash. He misses, but rebounds off each wall extremely fast to hit him from each side. While distracted, Trey and Alma jump up above Hoffman.)

Trey: Unison assault.

Alma: Fire bolt!

(Orange lightning crashes down onto Hoffman. He gets a burn from the attack but the lightning is unable to pierce him.)

Hoffman: Enough!

(Hoffman tries to bend the earth and disrupt their pathing.)

Jey: Ahhhh, I see.

Micheal: He is a master of all the elements...

Nuvia: Yeah, we know.
