"Hey... Wake up" You heard a soft voice followed by a small nudge. It was Mikasa.

mikasa :
Connie's making breakfast downstairs if you want

y/n :
What time is it?

mikasa :
I think it just turned 5, I'm not sure. Captain sent us to our rooms pretty early last night

y/n :
mhm okay, i'll be right there

You opened your blinds to see the sun wasn't fully out yet, you were so tired but joined them in the kitchen anyway.

connie :
Morning sunshine, wanna wake up Captain Levi for us?

He didn't turn to look at you, he was too busy making eggs for everyone, you didn't say anything for longer than you expected.

connie :
Relax i'm joking, after yesterday things must be pretty awkward, I'll do it mysel-

y/n :
I'll do it

Connie looked back at you with an eyebrow raised but didn't question it much after that. You stood in front of Levi's door waiting for, well, you weren't sure what you were waiting for.

Is it okay for me to just go to his door anytime I please? After what he told me last night does he want to be treated more like a friend than a Captain?

You knocked on the door regardless, there was no answer. You knocked again, no answer. You don't know what made you think it was a good idea but you opened the door to his room, his blinds were closed and no lights were on. You whispered his name a few times but no reply. You tried making your way to his bed the best you could to see if he was there, but you didn't feel anyone, you don't know what you would've done if you had felt his body to be honest. Making your way back out, trying to go fast, you smashed your foot against his shelf next to his door, it hurt so bad you took a seat on his bed without thinking, sitting there in pain. That's when a light that you hadn't seen before turned on.

Levi :
What the hell are you doing?

You looked up at him immediately, scared for whatever may come next.

y/n :
Oh nothing it's not- I was just going to wake you up but the you weren't here and it was really dark and you wouldn't answer so I was making my way out and I hit my foot.

He sighed before walking up to you,

Levi :
Can you walk?

He didn't give you time to answer, instead he helped you up and put your arm around him and his arm around your waist, helping you balance yourself and making it easier to walk. You didn't fight it, at all.

Levi :
Which ones your room?

He walked towards the room you pointed at and sat you down gently on your bed.

Levi :
Don't walk till it feels fully healed, we might have to be on the move soon, I'm not sure yet and i'll need you to keep up. I don't want another scout's blood on my hands.

y/n :
Yes... sir

He exited the room and you thought that was the last you would see him for a few hours, you laid there thinking if your foot genuinely hurt or if you were over reacting. There was a slight tap on the door but you didn't think someone was actually behind till you heard a louder knock on the door.

eren :
Can I come in? It's me

y/n :
Oh, yeah sure come on in

You don't know why but deep down you were hoping it had been Levi. It was silly of you to think so.

Eren came in with a tray with two sunny side up eggs and a glass of orange juice.

eren :
Levi told me to bring this to you. Are you hurt?

You tried to stop yourself from smiling when his words mentioning Levi escaped his mouth.

y/n :
No i'm okay, it's nothing really, my foot just feels a little wonky but i'll be fine.

He didn't answer and the both of you sat there in silence until he broke it again.

eren :
Where did you go last night?

y/n :
I just went to apologize to captain Levi for my clumsy actions. That's all.

eren :
mhm. I see, I better head back then

Your heart was racing from his earlier question, you didn't know why but you tried to act calm and nodded as he left the room. After he left you decided to go back to bed, taking off the tight jeans you were wearing and put on a loose shirt and pulled the blanket up to cover yourself.

What felt like moments later the blanket was ripped away from you, when doing so it lifted your shirt up just above your underwear, this woke you up immediately.

Levi was standing above you, wearing his gear. He didn't look away till you pulled the covers up, blushing.

Levi :
Tch. Hurry up and get ready, we just received word, the military police is on their way

You didn't wait for him to leave the room to get out and put pants on, grabbing your gear. He looked at you one last time and then forced himself to leave. You were scared the would leave without you since it took a long time to put on the odm gear, but luckily you made it out the door last minute.

(hey ! I just want to remind you guys that the scouts are all aged up, if it helps you can think of their season 4 design or not, whatever you want. Not hobo eren though... Levi and y/n can be however old you'd like it doesn't matter. Anyway, lmk if you guys want longer chapters??)
