Montana's pov
The trip ended two days later and we packed our bags and got back on our flight home. It was the most fun I've had in years. But now what am I supposed to do when I get home? At least I don't have to worry about Brianna for the rest of the summer. This coming year will be my last year of school. And thank God! I'm sick of it.
I sat back in my seat, this time Bailey was with me. "So, did you have a good time?" She asked. "Of course I did. Did you?" I asked her.
"I really did. It sucks it had to end so quickly." She sighed. "Agreed. But my moms not feeling too hot, or else we would have stayed another night."
"Home sick?"
"Thats what I'm thinking." I said. To be honest I was really worried about her. She threw up last night before bed and complained of her head hurting this morning. I think it might be the flu, but hopefully, she just misses home. I know I do.
"Ya know, as much as I don't wanna leave, I miss home." Bailey said after a mintue. "I'm right there with ya."
"Hey, at least we don't have to worry about Brianna." she laughed. "Yes!" I giggled.
After the 5 hour flight back to L.A. we finally made it home. I waved to my boyfriend, as did Bailey, as we walked inside our own houses.
"Hey mom?" I called. The bags were in the hallway but there was no sign of my mom. "Mom?" I said again. The bathroom door was open and the light was on so I walked over to see if she was there.
There she was leaning over the toilet barfing up her meal from the plane. I rushed to her side and put my arm around her. "Mom, you okay?" She nodded her head slowly and wiped her mouth with her sleeve. "Mom, you need to lay down."
"No, its ok, I'm fine. I just need to go unpack." She urged. "No, I got it. You really need rest." I wrapped my arm around her body and held on to her hand as I walked her carefully up the stairs. "I'm sorry honey."
"Mom, its not your fault that you don't feel good." I comforted her.
Once we got to her room, I layed her down on her bed and fixed her cup of warm tea. She turned the T.V. on and fell asleep soon after her tea was gone. I decided I would shut the television off instead of letting Stacey and Clinton blab on What Not To Wear about how Cindy's style was too plain. I walked down the stairs and decided I would call the doctor for my mom.
They finally answered after three rings. "Hello, Dr. Arnold's office, may I help you?" The secretary answered. "Hi, I'm Montana Strader, I'm calling because my mother is very ill and I was wondering if it was possible to get her in to see Dr. Arnold anytime soon?"
"Let me look. Please hold."
I waited and waited and waited. And then FINALLY they got back.
"It looks as if Dr. Arnold is all booked until Wednesday afternoon, say about 1:30?"
"Perfect! Thank you so much." I said. "Sure."
I had to cook dinner for myself which involved ordering a pizza and paying for it with my allowance from this month. I got pepperoni with extra cheese and stuffed crust with a side of cheesy breadsticks. This was the best meal I think I have ever prepared myself. I mean technically I didn't prepare it, but I did put it on plates! I settled on the couch after I ate and put in The Titanic. I literally haven't watched this movie in almost a year.
It was normal routine, close my eyes when Jack paints Rose and cry when he dies at the end. I mean come one there was room on that dang door for two!
I started to get sleepy so I went upstairs and washed my face, brushed my teeth and my hair, put my pj's on and climbed in bed. Suddenly my thoughts filled with Brianna and how she said everyone would make fun of me for "cheating" on Chris. I decided I would check Twitter and luckily there was nothing to worry about. But I was still wondering who had sent those threats. I had just learned to forget about them but now they were back.
I said a quick prayer and asked God to help me thorugh that whole situation and maybe, just maybe, it might go away.

I woke up to the smell of pancakes and eggs and bacon. Was mom cooking? I thought she was sick? I rolled out of bed and wiped the sleep from my eyes and walked over to her room. She was still lying in bed asleep. I heard soft snores as I left and went downstairs. "Hello?" I called as I walked through the hallway and into the kitchen. I seen the back of a brunette headed girl at the stove flipping a pancake.
"What are you doing here this early, and most importantly, why are you cooking?"
Bailey turned around and smiled. "Silent treatment? Mature." I rolled my eyes and I felt hands covering my eyes. They were also very cold and large. "I am gonna say this is Chris?" I smiled.
"How'd you know it was me?" He laughed. I turned around and hugged him tight. "I just know these things." I smiled. We walked over to Bailey and she was flipping pancakes. And they actually turned out pretty good.
"So, where's Crawford?" I asked. Chris shrugged and Bailey answered. "He went to get some orange juice. Who doesn't have orange juice?" She teased.
"Whatever, you know my mom doesn't like it."
She giggled and flipped the last pancake. After the food was done and Crawford came back, me and Chris set the table and Bailey and Crawford brought it out. "Hey, I'm going to get my mom up." I rushed up the stairs and knocked on the door to her room.
"Mom, you up?" I called from outside. She didn't answer so I opened the door. She was still lying in bed asleep. I went over to her shook her slightly causing her to stir awake.
"Mom, Bailey and the boys are here and we made a big breakfast, so do you wanna come eat?" She smiled and nodded. She sat up and put her slippers on and I followed her downstairs.
"Good morning everyone." My mom said.
"Morning." They all said in unison.
She sat down at the table and said the blessing over the food and we all dug in.
"I have to take mom to the doctor today. Which reminds me, are you feeling any better?" I asked her. She nodded slowly. "Yes. A little. But I still feel crummy."
After breakfast everyone left and I had to get ready to leave and so did mom. It was already 12:45.
