(Yes, unfortunately, this happened to me. I'm an idiot. I sprained my thumb while I was doing the cha-cha slide because I hit a cabinet at school. I got home and I was like "huh, the pain should've subsided, why can't I move my thumb?" Long story short my mom told me I sprained my thumb.)
