The Three little birds

Side story 1

This will be a very very short and cute side story

*Dabi's POV* (this father now knows his kids' names btw)

I lay against the tree watching Hinokami and Asuka fly around playing tag. I smiled before Asuka pushed Hino too harshly sending him straight to the ground.
I ran over immediately.
Hino lay on the ground crying while Asuka tried to shush him.
I picked up Hino and dusted his clothes off while looking for any signs of blood. 

"Hey you're alright, you're not bleeding," I said trying to soothe him.
He buried his face into my chest while sniffling and I rubbed his back.
Asuka looked angry, but I knew he was angry at himself for hurting Hino.
"Asuka you okay?" I asked kneeling down in front of him, still holding Hinokami.
He looked away with his arms folded and mumbled something.
"What was that? I didn't hear you" I said asking him to repeat himself.
He fluffed up his wings and scrunched up his nose "I'm sorry Hino!" He teared up "I didn't mean to h-hurt you a-again." he sniffed
Hino turned away from me and looked at Asuka before sliding off my lap.
He walked over to his brother and hugged him "It's okay Asu, I'm feeling better now!" He said cheerfully.
Asuka hugged back burying his face in his brother's shoulder trying not to cry.

I smiled contently. They really are smaller versions of me and Keigo.
I heard a loud chirping noise, almost sounding like a bird singing.
The boys pulled away chirping something in unison. "Mom said lunch is ready," Hino said smiling.
"Race you!" Hino said before flying towards the house leaving Asuka shaken.
"You cheater!" Asuka flew after him trying to beat him.
I chucked and sighed before walking back to our home
