LOUIS POV
"I spy with my little eye something that is blue!"Harry exclaimed. "ALL OF MY LIFE I'VE BEEN SLEEPWALK LIVING!"Niall sang loudly, "Zayn your turn!You have to sing a song with the letter 'G now." "No way! I already told you a name place animal and thing with 'U'"Zayn protested. "UNICORN IS NOT AN ANIMAL!!"Louis screamed at the top of his lungs. "OH SO HAZZABEAR IS?"Zayn screamed back.
Liam rubbed his temples in despair and stopped at the red light,they were only 20 minutes into the road trip and he looked like he wanted to jump off a cliff.
"I'm not an animal!"Harry protested weakly. "Yeah you're uncurly!"Louis grinned and Harry threw his head back on the seat and groaned.Louis' eyes widened at his own dirty thoughts,thinking of the situation in a completely different way. He gulped and looked away,trying to distract himself from his racing mind, "So uh Liam?Why are you acting weird?"Louis asked desperately.
"I'm not acting weird,"Liam replied fast,too fast.hmmMaybe something did happen..Liam's knuckles turned white,gripping onto the steering wheel.His jaw clenched.
"It's nothing,he's fine!"Zayn said lazily. "Easy for you to say,"Liam grumbled. "Rela-ax!"Zayn chuckled.
"Wait what happened?"Harry asked,worried now. Meanwhile Niall's eyes were shining, "Could it be???"The fake blonde trailed off,lost in his own fantasies. "Uh guys?seriously what happened?"Louis asked.
Liam sighed,"Nothing ,we'll discuss this later.'
And with that a heavy silence rested in the car.Though it was the uncomfortable kind,which made everyone,except Niall who still looked like he was on another planet,squirm. "I was talking about Louis' eyes!"Harry said suddenly. "You know for I spy,"he said when everyone gave him confused glances.
"Of course it was my eyes,"Louis said,understanding what Harry was desperately trying to do. "Name a better shade of blue I tell you!"
"Navy,"Zayn shrugged.
"'Eww navy!Who even likes navy blue?"Louis shrieked. "Well it's a weird shade but you asked me to name a better shade of blue than your eyes and navy it is,cuz your eyes are at the bottom,"Zayn said playfully. "Betrayed!"Louis shrieked."Betrayed by my own best friend!Save me Hazza before I die from the cruelty of this world!"Louis jumped dramatically into Harry's lap and put his arms around the taller boy's neck and buried his face in the crook of his neck.
Harry laughed and Louis could feel the vibrations down his spine.It felt....nice,more than nice,and that was confusing Louis. He nuzzled into his best friend's neck and took a sniff,he smelt like vanilla and cinnamon,homey.
"Shut up Zayn!Lou's eyes are beautiful because they're the same shade as mine!"Niall said indignantly.
"No Lou's eyes are sparklier and more dreamy and they crinkle up when he smiles and they're a deeper blue than yours Nialler,"Harry said,like he was offended at the thought of even saying that Niall and Louis had similar eyes.Louis felt Harry stiffen after the words left his mouth,like he was embarrassed.Louis didn't bother to look at the other's reactions to Harry's statement but he didn't move his face from Harry's neck.Instead her nuzzled closer and pulled himself up more so now he was sitting criss crossed on Harry's lap. "I like it when you notice my eyes and say I'm pretty,"he whispered in Harry's ear.
