EPILOGUE

Midoriya's pov

Five years later

"It's hero billboard chart day for the next generation, each old gen hero has stepped down to make way for the new heroes!!!" present mic says into the microphone.

The entire class graduated 2 years ago but we were too late to be on the previous chart. It's exciting. I've been doing pro hero work for the past few years with my own agency before that I was freelance, having an agency makes things a little easier and less time-consuming. After high school Kacchan started up his own agency as well, the bakusquad joined up, now they're a team. Nearly unstoppable and have been memed so many times in the past year.

After we took down the league of villains high school was normal, easy, most of all boring it was perfect. After principal nezu stepped down Aizawa Sensei was made principal of UA. Almight, mom...I couldn't save them. But that's in the past. It's over now.

Both Kacchan and I have bigger things to worry about.

Who is going to be number one?

We made a deal, whoever is number one gets to do the thing first.

It's the first year without Hawks and the others of the generation after almight and endeavor. Most of the past pros either stepped down, retired or passed away.

"Let's get a round of applause for the future heroes!!!!!" The crowd cheers. Kacchan looks at me from his seat then nods. A silent agreement between us. Whoever wins needs to man up, it's been 5 years.

5 years ago I didn't think I would be alive. With the league and the twins I have had many many near-death experiences. Plus every two weeks I go through an hour and a half of excruciating pain so my heart will keep working. There have been times where I start to beep during missions and everyone that knows around me just panics. It's fine I just keep fighting then when I'm done I take a break or Sho beats my ass.

"Izu are you paying attention?" Sho asks.

"Y-yeah I'm good" I give him a big thumbs up then return my attention to the stage.

"Mic can you just say who got number one, Deku or Ground Zero, that's all we need to know" Aizawa Sensei sighs. He started helping Mic with his radio show after retiring from hero work.

"Shhh babe I'm getting there" the crowd laughs at their marital antics. I sigh, I want that. I mean I have it but we're not married....yet.

"I personally want Deku to win, he wasn't an ass in high school"

"You're supposed to be impartial shut up" ...I want to marry Sho. I want this.

"Any way to the rankings" mic laughs.

"Number ten, on the hero billboard chart for the first time in their whole career" ...who is it?

"Froppy!!!!" Oh my god sui!!!!!!!!!!!! Asui stands up and waves to the cameras and people cheering at her. Ochako jumps up and they share an adorable kiss. Sui makes her way to the stage and takes her place in line.

"Froppy, good job" Sensei mumbles. Awww

"The ninth hero, also a first-timer, Creati!!!!" Jiro is definitely the loudest one cheering. Yamomo takes her place next to Sui.

"Creati, work on your confidence but you're improving" I'm surprised he didn't say see me after class.

"Number eight, another first-timer" ...please don't be me. I need to be number one, I need to beat Kacchan to doing the thing.

"Pinky!!!!!!!"

"SERO I NEED TAPE ON MY BOOBS NOWWW" the crowd yells, quoting her popular meme. It happened on a job, Ashido's shirt got burned, she wanted coverage.
