Midoriya's pov
In the three months between the first and second musical a lot happened, including the class 1-A talent show. It was just our class so you know that everyone was going to go all out...it was scary. There were acts with quirks, jiro and denki were going to sing something.
Two days before the show and I had nothing
I don't have any cool talents.
Turns out Sho, Kacchan, and Kiri were stressed as well.
"What the fuck do we do" kacchan says while bouncing a ball against my dorm room wall for the fifth time in the past to seconds.
"Let's see, Bakugou's skilled at the drums and can play piano apparently" Sho and Kiri laugh.
"Midoriya can sing and play, how many instruments?" Kiri asks.
"About 42" I shrug. The others get quiet, thinking about how much spare time I had and why.
"Kiri can sing too" kacchan points out.
"wait actualy?" I exclaim.
"He's really good at it too"
"Katsuki can also sing" kiri pokes kacchan in the ribs and he growls.
"I thought we weren't talking about that" the others in class keep talking about 'the show' and 'revenge' whatever that means.
"Sho can sing as well" I point out.
"Since when can icy hot sing"
"He likes to sing in the shower" I tease.
"So we can all sing, and two of us can play"
"We could do a song," Sho suggests.
"Izu could sing lead since he's obviously the best singer here" kacchan goes to protest then stops.
"I hate that you're not wrong"
"Fight me kacchan"
"Bet catch me outside right now!" I stand up to fight him and sho pulls me back while kiri does the same to kacchan.
"Ok so we're doing a song" kiri sighs as kacchan and I sit back down.
"What song?"
"I could write something" I mumble only to be ignored. Ok there goes any self esteem I still had.
"Oh I got one!!l"
So we spend the next two days practicing the song kiri picked out. It's a good song and will be fun for the others to watch. Then came the day of the performance.
The four of us walk out onto the stage and get ready. Not like I haven't sung in front of these people before.
[MIDORIYA] What's going on? This can't be happening Don't tell me it's a song
"It's a song," kacchan laughs.
This wasn't how I planned it Can't you see that this has gone too far? Please just pause the DVR Someone won't you make it stop?

SHO I don't see a problem
MIDORIYA Everything I say it rhymes Here comes another line
KIRI Just close your eyes if you don't want to see
BAKUGOU What's this choreography? Someone, won't you make it stop?

[BAKUGOU] It's just a song An inefficient way to move the story along I'm done!
KIRI You're just being cynical

[MIDORIYA] We're trapped inside a musical revue
SHO At least I'm here with you I don't want to make it stop

[BAKUGOU] Oh, it's over!
The class laughs and applauds as we do a group hug.
"BROOOOO" denki yells from his seat.
"I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD SING"
"I mean we all knew midoriya and bakugou could ribbit but I had no idea about Todoroki and kirishima" asui says.
"Thanks guys" I smile brightly and look back out at the crowd of my friends.
I can't wait to see what the next few months before graduation hold for my class.
