Chapter 14

Taehyung, right after leaving Jimin's, got into the car, which was not his, but Jongsuk did not know it anyway, because it was unavailable in time, and why the detective should not use his other friend's car. It wasn't a sin, was it?

"Yoongi, are you still with Jungkook?" He asked when he decided to call his friend while driving.

"I am, but I don't have time yet. I found some information and I need to check it even if I'm not in the morgue."

"What is it Yoongi? Did you find anything important, it ties in with the homicide case?"

"Yes, if you come here, I'll show you something a bit, if you have time."

Taehyung said goodbye to his friend and pushed the gas on. He wanted to be under Jungkook's apartment as soon as possible. The big problem was that Jungkook ran away like a coward, but it is quite possible that he had some purpose in it. Taehyung didn't quite know what, but something about all of this didn't suit him for some time.

Finally he drove to the front of the building and, rushing at the speed of light, got out of the car. First, he was curious about what Yoongi had found in his boyfriend's apartment, and what he might have missed while searching his house.

He grabbed the handle that wouldn't open the door for him. Yoongi, however, decided to go somewhere?

In a moment, when he was about to turn around with the intention of leaving and visiting his friend in his work, the door decided to open, causing to almost get it right in his the face. He saw a strange looking Yoongi in front of him, who made very weird faces.

“Come on, what are you standing there?” He asked, unable to keep his grim face on his face.

"It was closed, donkey. " He almost couldn't control himself from slapping Yoongi in the face.

It was he who tried to come here as soon as possible, broke a few orders on the road, and this is how he repaid him?

"Beauty anger is bad, princess.  Come to the living room. " He said and started walking.

The detective entering the apartment felt uneasy, as if Yoongi had found hard evidence for Jungkook's guilt, which was possible, yes, but rather Jungkook would never allow himself to make such a move.

"What did you find?" Asked calmly sitting on the couch.

Yoongi handed him a thick notebook that looked like it was after the third world war. It was completely unusable, and Taehyung wondered where his friend had found it, and what was written inside it?

"This is a notebook, but not so ordinary.  Jungkook conducted his investigation there. Do you think he found that drug list ahead of us? What is this really about? I thought the killer wanted us to find him, but if Jungkook knew everything, why didn't he try to stop the killer and expose him to the world?"

"Because his sister is targeted. Look Yoongi, our killer's last victim is Abby."

Taehyung handed him the notebook, why did his friend not tell him about such important things from the moment he entered? That changed everything, now Jungkook will probably defend and guard his sister without letting anyone else get to them, unless ...

"I have an idea." Yoongi suddenly exclaimed, who slightly scared Taehyung, who was already very thoughtful.

“What is hyung?” He asked, distracted from his thoughts.

"Jungkook will not want us to approach him and his sister, so he broke up with me. I suppose he found this notebook and studied it all over it. But there is one way out of this whole situation, I know how to get close to him."

"How? Speak faster."  Taehyung was more and more unsatisfied with his friend's idea.

"The only weapon we can use is Jimin.  Only we are not close enough to him that he would want to cheat on his friend, unless ..."

"Hyung? Say it, I don't know what you are thinking."

"You must start date with him, Taehyung ..."

"What? Will I start dating Jimin? Maybe I have to fuck with him yet." Taehyung was terrified and there was no way he could hide it.

- Because of this, you don't have to kiss him or sleep with him, although it may help in some way. Your relationship has to be credible," He said, smiling slightly.

Taehyung thought he was going to have a heart attack. He didn't want to get into relationships now, especially those that weren't really, at least for Taehyung, because Jimin could get fucked like this and the boy wouldn't want to hurt his feelings in any way.

"I don't want to agree to it, Yoongi.  I think your plan would fail in many respects. Maybe you can make up with Jungkook somehow, but you try."

"Sorry, Taehyung, but it's over, at least for now."

Yoongi looked at Taehyung with eyes full of pleading. He probably wanted the matter to be resolved in the near future, and this step was necessary for the further plan.

Taehyung would not be himself if he did not take a heroic stance.  He couldn't give up, especially if he wanted to be a good friend.

"Okay, I agree, if it helps in any way.  I'll try to talk to Jimin at the club today, but there's a little problem."

"What, what's happening again?"

"Jimin has a boyfriend and today I found them in a rather intimate situation.  How to solve it? I'm afraid I can't compete with him because Jimin will still be with him."

"Leave it to me, I will take care of him." Yoongi winked at Taehyung, and he did not know how to act Yoongi promised him that he would not betray Jungkook with any guest at the club.

But on the other hand, purely in theory, Yoongi wasn't in a relationship anymore, right?
