Chapter 24

Jimin was reluctant to get in the way of Taehyung because he knew about Jeon's feelings towards the other detective.

They had been friends for years, and well Jimin would have been a terrible friend if he didn't know it.

Jungkook was constantly rejecting and hiding himself with a mask of indifference, but just like him with Yoongi, Jeon just loved Taehyung, which he has managed to hide to this day.

Jimin didn't know what was happening in the abandoned building now, but he was sure Jungkook wouldn't miss his chance to get Taehyung.

There was, however, another secret that even Park himself did not know.  Jungkook hid him from the rest of the world, and Jimin knew only one tiny part of that that he wasn't going to think about now.

When he parked the car, he started to get bored, but a miracle suddenly saw Yoongi in front of him, who just as if nothing had happened was walking on the sidewalk, walking in only a direction he knew.

Jimin would not be himself if he had not decided to approach his lover who did not know about his feelings yet, Yoongi did not know Park at all, but Jimin knew Yoongi too well.

Yoongi walking down the street felt anxiety as if someone was watching him, he didn't even have time to locate this source when he felt someone's hand on his shoulders.

He froze, thinking that he was a serial killer. Was it his last hour?

He relaxed his body when he saw Jimin in front of him, but wait a moment ...

Wasn't he the most suspect in this case now?

He was about to run away when he felt the warmth spread through his whole body when Jimin decided to hug him

"Yoongi I missed you so much. " Min did not know what the younger one meant.

After all, they never even talked to each other.

"What's up, Jimin, and why are you hugging me?" The curious boy asked.

"Please come with me to this cafe, which is not far from us, I would like to explain a few things for you."

Yoongi nodded and they walked in silence together. Soon after, they found themselves under a small but very atmospheric cafe. Yoongi liked to come here and did not hide that this was where he was going before he met Jimin on his way.

"What are we doing here and what do you want from me?" Yoongi did not hide that he was distracted by the whole situation.

"Well, maybe I'll start with the fact that her power must be effective, since she managed to erase your memories for so long," Jimin said shyly, dropping his gaze to his hands, which at some point began to shake all over.

"Memories, power? " Everything was starting to mix in his head.

He wanted to know the truth.

"I can't tell you her name, because the last target on the list would be me, but Taehyung will probably find out sooner than I can think of.  You must know that we used to know each other and we were even a couple, until you forgot me and I became just a friend of a boy you hate."

Tears started to trickle down Jimin's cheek. He didn't expect what he was holding inside him for so long would leave his body so quickly.

Apparently fate wanted them to be together again, and Jimin wanted that, and although he knew the name of the murderer, he did not want to reveal it now.

Surely the next day he would wake up on the other side in the afterlife.

"Wait a minute, let's think, somehow I can swallow the fact that you know the name of the serial killer, but how the hell could I forget my boyfriend? We don't even know each other." Yoongi screamed, and Jimin jumped slightly at the older man's words.

It wasn't his fault that the sly woman had gotten such a gift from God.

It was all her fault ...

"Sorry Yoongi, but I cannot answer your questions, but I hope that when you get to know me better, you will give me a chance. I don't want to forget you any more than you forget me."

Jimin was almost crying when he felt strong arms wrapped around his waist.

"Relax, if you are telling the truth, there will surely be a solution to it. Hopefully Taehyung will handle himself and Jeon will tell him his secret, saving the last victim from being killed.  What about Hoseok anyway? If you have some affection for me, why did you have an affair with him and a deal?"  Yoongi asked looking at Jimin looking worse and worse.

"Sorry, nothing was going to happen between us at first, then I indulged in a moment of oblivion, and when he was fucking you and Taehyung on the same day, I found out that Hoseok was working with her. Jesus, I'm so sorry to you, Yoonie."

"Hey take it easy my virginity is preserved. I would not be dominated by such a shit, although I was tempted." Yoongi lifted Jimin's chin with his fingers and looked him deeply in the eyes.

It was the moment when they got closer to each other, completely unaware that they were not alone in the cafe.

Love, however, was governed by a different law .....

I don't know what's going on here for the hundredth time...

I promise you that in two or three chapters you'll meet the murderer, now turn on your brain and play detective.

As you know, the murderer is a woman, but so far this is the first fact of the rest you have to figure out for yourself or wait for the next chapters.

Who is surprised that Yoongi has forgotten Jimin and Hoseok is working with the murderer?
