In this world, there is a legend about a man who wanted to become a god. That man got his wish and became the best of all there is. The man didn't want to go down the wrong path with his power, so he purged his mind of all its evil. However, that evil survived. It took on a life of its own and began plaguing the man's very existence. The evil hated the man for bringing him into this world, so it wanted to make the man see life as it did. The man was put through more torture than anyone should endure, but still remained good. He fought the evil and trapped it in a place where it could never escape. Some say that evil still rests in that place, waiting to return. They also say that the man still exists, watching over and protecting all that is.
