Mina jerks awake with wide eyes and a small gasp, "Whoa, easy. The match is over" Setsuna reassures her with a soft smile. Rumi's final blow to Mina knocked her unconscious, so the medics brought her to Recovery Girl's office and Setsuna and I both came to check on her while the rest of the first-round matches continue. Mina rubs her head and sits up on the bed, "Aw man, I thought I had her with all that acid. All I needed to do was skate around her and slide her off the edge and I would have won" she whines in annoyance of her loss while flailing her arms around.

"Yea that was my bad, I had no idea that Rumi was strong enough to make gusts of wind with her legs like that" I sigh and shake my head, Mina and Setsuna tilt their heads at this. "I underestimated her power and you lost the match because of it. I'm sorry Mina" I apologize. "It isn't your fault Y/n. You helped me come up with a great plan, I'm not upset that I lost, so you shouldn't be either" she shakes her head and places her hand on mine. Setsuna looks at our hands and Mina notices this, she quickly tries to remove her hand out of worry of upsetting Setsuna but the green haired girl doesn't get upset, in fact she places her own hand on both of ours. "I'm glad you're okay Mina. I'm also glad that you finally got the nerve to tell him" Setsuna smiles and rubs both of our hands softly, "You're really okay with this? With us?" Mina questions and Setsuna nods at this, "I am, so quit worrying about it" she chuckles and gestures to the TV in the corner that plays the next match, Bakuou vs Uraraka. As the match begins, Bakugou immediately begins exploding Uraraka, not holding any power back as he blows my friend and classmate around the arena. I grip the sheets of Mina's bed angrily and bare my teeth in anger, I understand that it wouldn't be fair to Uraraka if he held his punches, that he is doing her right by fighting her with all he has, but I still don't have to like it. "Y/n" Setsuna speaks up, I look over to her and she points at my back, "Your wings baby" she explains and I look back to see my wings are fluttering and spreading out from my anger and worry for my friend. "Sorry" I apologize and try to calm my wings down as Uraraka reveals that she's had a plan the entire time. She slams her hands together and hundreds of pieces of debris and concrete that Bakugou created with his explosions that she made float above them plummets down towards them. She did something like what Erin did in our match I realize as the debris plummets towards Bakugou. He raises his hand towards the falling debris and releases a massive explosion that rocks the entire stadium, even we feel the power of the explosion as he blows Uraraka's plan into ashes. After this, Uraraka falls unconscious from his constant barrage and utilizing her quirk so much.
After Bakugou is announces the winner, a match to decide a winner between Kirishima and Tetsutetsu's tie is decided upon and the two hardening heroes compete against each other in an arm-wrestling competition, which Kirishima manages to win with great effort. "And with all of the semi-finalists decided, we will now randomly select who will fight who in the semi-finals" Midnight announces as she gestures to the large screen on the wall in the stadium. The semi-finalists names and pictures spin around like a wheel and finally all come to a stop, announcing who we'll be fighting in the semi-finals.
