Chapter 14: A Knight of Silver and Red

A silence sat over the docks, the fighting had ceased for a moments after Shirou saved Archer from having his skull peirced by Rider.

Emiya held his blades to the side as he was awaiting for Rider's next attack as the Gorgon's daggers and chain disappeared.

"So be it Master." Rider mutters suddenly.

Rider slowly reaches behind her head as she undoes the cover over her eyes. The servant letting the cloth drop beside her.

This action confused both Emiya and Shirou. Archer noted Rider's eyes were closed as the realization quickly settled in. He knew whom this servant was, and Archer's immediatly widened in shock and immediate fear.

But there was no time to react as Rider opens her eyes as Archer and Shirou froze up.

Archer gasps, "Mystic Eyes of Petrificaiton!" He groaned louder in pain as his body was slowly turning to stone as he fell to one one knee.

Mordred had just arrived to the harbor as she could see the fighting from a distance. It took not too long to make it across the city ahead of her Master, and Rin.

She lands atop a shipment crate while continuing to run seeing Rider remove her eye cover.

Archer and Shirou freezing up as she could hear what Archer said, Mystic Eyes of Petrification. That could mean based on the other Rider's identity being Perseus, then this Rider was undoubtedly, the Gorgon of the Shapeless Isle, Medusa.

Mordred took no time to awaiting as he leapt off the shipment container with clarent drawn already with her hands slightly behind her, it was the perfect position to behead Medusa as Mordred was perfectly falling at the servant.

Archer and Shirou both were going to die if Mordred did not intervene any sooner as Mordred swung her blade.

Medusa's senses quick in as she quickly turns around while raising her daggers which she had to resummon.

The Red Saber's sword colliding as the sudden strike was so powerful, red energy coursing through the silver blade as Medusa was slowly lifted up and launched away.

Rider crashed against the ground and then a shipping crate causing debris and smoke to cover her up. Once the gorgon's eyes were off of Shirou and Emiya, the two were no longer turning to stone as their bodies started to return to normal.

Shirou grips his shirt tightly as he was panting for air, finally able to breathe. It took just a few moments to start to slightly move as Archer was very weak at the moment.

Archer heard Rin's voice in his head, she told him to return to spirit form lest he be killed in his current state.

Shirou saw Archer slowly nod his way, as he then nodded holding up his hand. "Saber, heed my summons!"

Shirou's hand glowed brightly as Archer slowly disappeared back to spirit form retreating away as he would be unable to fight unless absolute need be.

Upon the incantations and the sigil shinning on Shirou's hand, Mordred saw in a brillant gust of wind, and blue and golden light, Artoria appearing in her suit of armor with Excalibur hidden by the invisible air which she had been doing all war.

Mordred slowly leapt to the side of her Father as Perseus slowly appeared, no longer in his cloak as he seem disappointed.

The smoke was clearing up on Medusa whom was slowly getting up from her position, she was quite slow as the impact was devastating for the Rider.
