It's the most peaceful thing a human being can do.
Until, they are woken up.
Bang.
I turn around to see Hagrid, yes Hagrid from Hogwarts, standing next to my bed.
My mum used to read me stories when I was younger about a place called Hogwarts, but I never for one second thought that they could be real!
It was quite a shock so I gasped for air as soon as I processed that he was in my room. At first I thought It was a dream.
"Hello Y/n, fancy seein' you 'ere" He said as he had a big smile on his face.
"I- is it really you" was all I was able to get out of my mouth as I poked him with my fingers.
" Yes I'm really here-"
"AGHHHHH, omg, my parents. Iv probably just woke up the whole house" now I was nearly shaking with fear of what my parents would say.
"No need to worry, I cast a muffliato charm so no one can 'ear ya" Hagrid quickly responded while looking around my room.
" Umm... what's a muffliato charm" I said while my heart was still going 100mph
"Well, it simply blocks out all the noise from where you cast it" he replied letting out a big breath
"Wait, so you can actually do magic". Now my head was a mess and I was starting to debate if this was just my dream.
"Of corse we can"
"We?" I questioned
" yeah, the whole wizarding world can" he said shaking his head.
"So then why exactly are you here?" I could tell he was getting annoyed at how many questions I was asking.
" To take you to Hogwarts of course." he held his hand out for me to grab so I could get out of bed.
" Well I'm kind of in shock right now. Don't I need to get changed?" Now I was rushing towards my wardrobe trying to find something suitable for the occasion to wear.
" No need for that, turn around" he said with a little laughter in his voice
"Are u gonna do a spell to change my clothes cause if you are that would be si-"
"multicotfors" he pointed his wand at me and all of a sudden I was in a black dress. It wasn't the poshest but that was fine because i never wore posh clothes anyway.
"ckk, thanks Hagrid" my jaw dropped as I was admiring what I was wearing.
" Oh it's fine" he smiled. Something about his smile was so heart-warming. "Anyways we better get going so we can get to Hogsmeat early and buy you all the best things"
"Ok" I was hoping my voice sounded calm but really I was freaking out. Literally five minuets ago I found out I was going to Hogwarts and I was still trying to process it.
" Now come 'ere an' grab my arm. I'm just gonna warn ya, this isn't gonna feel good."
Now I was petrified. Why was I even trusting this man? He could be kidnapping me. But everything just felt so right so I just went with it.
