It's a few weeks into the term, and the air is slowly getting warmer.

Flowers are growing, and leaves are forming back onto the trees.

It only stopped snowing a week ago, and snow is one of my favourite things, so i am a bit annoyed about that.

However, i had care for magical creatures with Hagrid today, and he always makes the lessons interesting!

To make the lesson even better, i have it with Draco.

I don't exactly know what terms we are on, but we are very close and he is very protective of me.

Whenever any boy, no matter their age, come near us, he always stands by my side.

I think i have feelings for him,  but i'm not sure.

I have never really liked a boy before.

Except James, but he was just a stupid little crush in year 6.

I wonder if-

"Perfect..."

"Come on now, come closer." Then i was snapped out of my thoughts, and drew my attention to Hagrid in front of the class.

We were standing outside, in front of his hut.

"Less talking if you don't mind." He was waving his arms about, gesturing for us to come closer.

Hagrid had a really funny personality, kind of like Zuzanna.

I loved it.

"C'mon y/n." Draco grabbed my arm, pulling me slightly forward to the front of the class.

"I go' a real treat for yeh today." Now only Hagrid was talking, and i couldn't hear the chattering of excited students anymore.

"A great lesson... so follow me." He said, nodding his head.

"I wonder what it's going to be." I whispered to Draco.

"Probably some filthy old animal, wont be surprised if it's dead before we get there."

I gasped.

"Dracooo." I slapped his arm.

We had Care for Magical Creatures with Griffindor today, so Draco wasn't in the best mood.

We walked through the Forbidden Forest, and into an area which was free of most trees and bushes.

"Right you lot, less chattering an' form a group over there... and open your books to page forty-nine." Hagrid informed the class.

"How do we open it?" I asked Draco.

"I don't know, i'll ask him." He replied.

We were carrying these massive, fat books which looked like they would chop us to pieces if we opened them right now.

"-And exactly how do we do that." Draco spat, clearly not satisfied with the lesson.

Hagrid turned around to answer his question. "Well you just stroke the spine of course."

Me and Draco were standing in front him.

As he turned back around, i'm sure i heard him whisper, "Goodness me."

I'm glad Draco didn't hear that.

Draco pulled the book up, so it was in front of his face, examining it.

He then took his veiny hand, and stroked it along the spine of it, his ring glistening in the sun.

Not gonna lie... it was kinda fit...
