Y/n paced around the bedroom as she stared at her notes. Ozima couldn't find the two men she had met with months earlier, however, she did come across others in the same group. It was a long month, but they finally invited her to their base. Y/n's notes were detailed and concise. Making plans to invade a location with no idea how it looked or what was around it. The whole thing felt like Deja Vu, it was like Tartarus all over again. This time, though, this was going to be a success. No exceptions.
Ozima passed down the information to y/n and she wrote down everything, no detail was too small. She reviewed the page she was settled on, over and over again. They had a base hidden in the middle of a large city, right in between two hero agencies. They valued their numbers and Okano had far more grunts than y/n could have ever expected, even the estimation Ozima had given her was off. She didn't recall hearing about him when she lived on her own, so it was so strange that she didn't know he existed. They must work under the radar.
Tomura kept his word. He laid on the bed with a game in his hand, only interjecting his opinion on y/n's mission whenever she requested it. Beyond that, he allowed her to come up with everything on her own. This was her mission after all.
Tomoru was beside him. The h/c baby had gotten better at sitting up on his own over the past few weeks and y/n stressed to Tomura the importance of letting him sit up rather than lay around all the time. The baby had a pillow propped behind his back, his ruby red eyes glued to Tomura's video game.
Every so often, the baby would lean forward and try to touch the handheld console. Tomura would instinctively stretch out his arms, keeping the gaming device away from the baby's reach.
Tomoru softly cried, trying to reach for Tomura's game. Y/n stopped and glanced over to them. "He seems to really be interested in whatever you're playing." Her attention immediately returned to her little notebook. Tomura sighed and lowered his hands.
After a slight pause, he guided the baby's hands to one of the buttons and helped him push it. The unhappy sounds he was making were replaced with laughter.
Y/n stopped and looked up from her notes. She smiled at Tomura. "He reminds me of you more and more each day." Tomura didn't answer, instead, he silently scoffed.
She returned to the information Ozima had leaked to her, only looking up every once and a while to see what her boys were up to. It seemed that Tomura had made Tomoru in charge of pressing that one single button.
"So..." y/n began; "we are vastly outnumbered."
Tomura lowered the sound from his game. He allowed Tomoru to press another button. "Sounds like it."
"And their base is in the middle of a dense city." Tomura remained quiet as y/n gathered her thoughts. "You're on the top of the list for wanted villains. Spinner is wanted and sorta sticks out. Himiko, Mister, and Jin are also wanted but can blend in. Dabi is... well... Dabi. I'm not sure if he'd put any effort into hiding his appearance. Especially if I asked him to."
"He probably wouldn't," Tomura replied.
"So, to summarize, we are outnumbered and we don't really have the element of surprise because of their location." Tomura shrugged, offering no words of wisdom. The bed dipped down as she sat on the edge. "This is a lot harder to do on my own than I thought it would be."
Y/n could feel Tomura's gaze from behind her. She looked over her shoulder and smiled at him. "I know I can do it, though."
The room went quiet. Y/n's phone went off once. Her head peeked up from her notes, realizing that she has a text. "Hey, Sweetheart, we need to talk. Alone."
