CRYSTAL SAT IN ALARIC'S CLASSROOM, SHE HAD A LOT ON HER MIND. THE PAST FEW days playing on her mind. Over analyzing every move and call she made. Today was already looking to be a not so great day, the town had a curfew.
Rebekah enters giving flyers to the students, Rebekah greets, "Morning, everyone."
Elena sighs, "And just like that, I'm no longer feeling sentimental."
Crystal looks between the two girls, she didn't drink enough coffee for this.
Rebekah announces, "So I'm throwing a little anti-curfew party at my new house... starts in the fifth period, goes to whenever. Spread the word." She looks at Elena and gives her a flyer, "You're welcome to join, Elena, if you'd like to bury the hatchet."
Elena says, "It's a pretty enormous hatchet."
Rebekah says, "Well, I'm feeling generous of spirit."
Elena asks, "New house, huh? Did your brother finally kick you out?" Crystal almost does a spit take of her ice coffee with wide eyes.
Rebekah says, "He didn't kick me out. I left."
Elena asks, "So you left the only person on earth that actually likes you?"
Rebekah says, "Well, your boyfriend liked me once. Actually, a lot more than once," Crystal bites on her bottom lip, preventing her laugh, Elena seems pissed. "And you forget my brother Nate likes me." She looks at Crystal briefly and they shift to Stefan.
Stefan asks, "Why are you still in town, Rebekah? Don't you have anywhere else to go?"
"Well, history's my favorite class. Actually, where is Mr. Saltzman? Oh, that's right," Rebekah ends over Elena and whispers, "I killed him." Elena throws her pen at her but Rebekah catches it and throws it back at Elena. The pen goes in her chest. Stefan and Crystal look at Elena and then at Rebekah. She smiles as Elena removes the pen, looks angrily at Rebekah and leaves the classroom. Elena goes out. Stefan goes after her.
"What a shit show." Crystal mutters taking a drink of her iced coffee.
CRYSTAL WALKS OUT OF THE CLASSROOM, AND SHE SEES THE GUY SPEAKING to baby Gilbert. Stefan nods at her to enter. She notices his tattoo. "Hey nice tat." She says motioning to his arm, as he shows it to Jeremy. Connor looks surprised by her comment, she was a witch and a hunter but she shouldn't be able to see the tattoo. "Jer?" She asking if he needs assistance. He smiles at her, acknowledging her and shakes his head.
Jeremy says, "Mm, it's a tattoo. Big deal."
Connor says, "No, I call this a hunter's mark, as in vampire hunter."
Jeremy asks, "Uh, a vampire hunter? Heh. Look, I'm sorry, man, but..." He laughs and gets up.
