After leaving the building, you noticed that the sun had almost finished setting. "Shit!" you almost screamed too loudly, then began running toward the bridge.

Once you arrived, the moon was already visible. You were shocked. Surprised that Ash... Was still waiting for you. "Are you always so late?" He teased. "Shut...up..." You replied, catching your breath. "You waited that long for me?" He nodded. You smiled. "You should smile more. Your face looks better with a smile." You asked, "Is that supposed to be a compliment?" He just smiled and closed his eyes. After that, you both walked back to your hideout.

"N/N! We were worried about you!" Axel hopped over to you. You had to be cautious with your movements because your shoulder wasn't fully recovered yet. Yes, you could still shoot guns and slit necks, but you couldn't do it too often or else your shoulder would start bleeding.

You were pale with cold sweat running down your face. "Hey, N/N? Are you okay? You look really pale..." Luna asks you as she walks towards you. You said, walking past the graffitied wall where you'd place your sleeping bag, "I just need to rest for a bit..." Ash and Luna heard a loud thump and rushed to you.

"She's sick, and her shoulder is bleeding again..." Ash sighed worriedly and placed his hand on your forehead. He rewrapped your bandage and applied a damp cold towel to your forehead.

Ash was bored while watching your state, so he laid your head on his lap and messed with your hair. He made small braids out of the strands of hair in your pixie cut. You awoke to feel drowsy around the afternoon the next day. "Ash?" You turned your head to look for him. He came back to you after you got out of your sleeping bag, telling you to lay back down. "You need to rest. You can't get up."

You then noticed a braid at the side of your head. You asked loudly, "Ash?! Did you do this?!" He just laughed and walked away. You removed the elastics from the braids and yelled: "I look stupid in these!"

"Pervert boy has no right to touch a girl's hair." You muttered, upset, then set out on a walk leaving Ash unaware that you were leaving.

The moment he returned to your sleeping bag, you were gone. Ash ran out of the hideout to look for you because he knew you couldn't go out alone in your condition.

"Hey!" A random guy stood right in front of you. He was tall. "If you're trying to flirt with me you're not succeeding." You patted him on the back, then walked past him. He grabbed your injured arm and you tried pulling it back to you. "Hands off. She's with me." Ash said, pulling you close to him. After seeing Ash's eyes, the tall guy knew that he could not beat Ash in a fight. He fled in fear of Ash's presence.
