Trapped (Ash x Reader)

Chapter 5 {One By One}

So, Arthur sent out his men one by one to capture you. Evidently, they weren't as skilled. Arthur was the one Ash and you needed to worry about. Arthur sent many, but every time he was told they'd been killed. Arthur sent two from his group to get you. 

You went out for food, Ash went out to get a gun. Since you were both going to be separated for a bit, you agreed to meet at sunset on the bridge. 

"That's the one." You heard a man whispering behind you while you rode the train. "Is that her?" Another man muttered. "Hmm. It seems like they were the ones sent to go after me." You thought. You walked up to ground level immediately after getting out of the train to see if the two men would follow you. And that, they did. 

They didn't realize that you were leading them into a trap. You entered what appeared to be a bar. They followed you inside, but as soon as they got inside, Axel and a few of Ash's gang members pointed guns at their heads. 

"I already know why you're following me. I will let only one of you go. The one that I will release must tell Arthur or whatever the fuck his name is that he will not be capturing me any time soon." You threw off the jean jacket you were wearing and lifted up your sleeves, preparing for one of the men to tell you what was going on. 

You stared at your gun, then one of the men. "You. You're the one who will run back to Arthur. Tell him this." You walked close to the man, then whispered in his ear: "Arthur won't catch me. Send anyone you want, it won't work." You threw the man out of the building and told him to run. He fled in a hurry. 

You pulled his shirt and threw him against the wall, causing him to injure his back. "Tell me what's happening with Arthur. What will he do to me if you guys capture me?" He was silent, but a small whimper emerged from his mouth when you pointed the gun toward his head. He said, "Kill me." Ash's gang members around you expected you to punch him in the face, but instead, you said, "If you say so." Then a bullet struck him in the head. "N/N! He was our only source of information! The only way we'll be able to figure it out is by tomorrow once Arthur sends another group of guys!" the member yelled. "That's wrong." You calmly replied, then moved out of the building to catch the man who had been sent by you to deliver the message. 

You found him in 2 minutes. "Wait! I thought you told me to bring a message to Arthur!" he exclaimed in alarm. "I changed my mind." You led him back to the building, dragging him by the shirt. Once he opened his eyes, he saw his dead partner and dropped to the ground. He screamed as he stared at his partner's corpse. "Shut up!" You stepped on his head and then pointed a gun at him. 

"I killed your buddy because he told me to. You're the only one left, so say something. Or you'll die just like he did. What is Arthur planning to do with me once he captures me?" You demanded an answer. 

With a trembling voice, sounding close to tears, he said: "B-B-Banana Fish! He's gonna dose you with it!" You stared at Axel, confused. "What's this, Banana Fish?" You asked, putting more of the gun's weight on his head. "I-It's a drug! A m-m-mind-controlling drug!" 

"How does this drug affect me that will affect Ash?" you asked. "I don't know anything!" he replied. 

Your finger slowly pressed on the trigger, and you heard a click from the gun. "I swear on my life! I don't know anything el-" Boom. A gunshot went straight through his chest. You snickered as you stared at his corpse. 

"Don't you think it's too much? The man sounded like he really didn't know anything... " Asked Ash's gang member. "If they don't obey me, I will kill them." You were about to walk past the member but stopped right beside him then whispered: "It always works out that way with me."
