I looked down and Jaden was calling me, I stared down at my phone debating whether I should answer it or not. I was snapped out of my thoughts when Parker put his hand on my leg, "Hey, are you going to get out?" He was laughing.

I felt myself turn bright red, and I had butterflies for some reason. I couldn't fall for Parker. I'm in love with Jaden. I nodded getting out, "Sorry. Someone was calling me and I zoned out because I was just debating whether to answer it or not."

Parker put his hand on my lower back as we walked inside, "Is everything okay?"

I nodded, "Yeah everything is fine."

While we were sitting, I felt like so many people kept watching us and staring. I could tell people recognized us. I felt so bad for Jaden, but I couldn't tell him something like this over the phone. It just wasn't right.

After we ate, we decided to go hang out on the beach and watch the sunset. Being with Parker, just felt so different for some reason. I really feel like he understands me in ways that others don't. We actually are very similar.

When we got to the beach, I grabbed his hat off his head, and ran away giggling, "Gotta catch me now."

He laughed, chasing after me, "Get back here."

I was much smaller than him, and he was right on my heels, "You're never getting it back. It's mine now."

The next thing I knew I was picked up and thrown over his shoulder, I squealed, "Parker put me downnnn."

He laughed, still holding me, "Not happening." He then started walking towards the water.

I screamed, and tried to wiggle my way out of his grip, but failed, "Parker put me down!!"

He laughed walking into the water, "Ok." He then dropped me into the water.

I stood up, "Oh that's it. It's on now."

We started splashing each other and just messing around. After awhile, Parker and I decided to talk a walk along the beach.

As we were walking, we just talked getting to know each other. Parker asked me, "What made you want to get into music?"

I shrugged, "I don't know. I've just always had a strong passion for music for as long as I can remember. I knew there was nothing else I would rather be doing than this. It's been my dream since I could talk."

He smiled, "Well, you're pretty damn good at it."

I smiled blushing softly, "I could say the same for you. I've been a fan of your music for awhile."

He put his arm around my shoulder, "I knew you were secretly a huge fan of me."

I laughed and rolled my eyes, "As if."

He laughed, "You don't have to hide it."

I shook my head laughing, "Fine. You're right. I'm secretly obsessed with you."

He laughed, "I knew it."

I just shook my head and rolled my eyes at him.
While we were walking, I tripped , and Parker was quick to catch me. We stood there looking at each other, and Parker still had his hands on my hips. Then the next thing I knew, we were kissing. I don't know why but I didn't pull back. Was it possible that I already had feelings for Parker?

I finally pulled away when I heard a familiar voice from behind me, "Ellie?"

I quickly pulled away and turned to come face to face with my brother, Bryce and his girlfriend, also my best friend, Addison Rae. Bryce looked between me and Parker confused, "What the hell is going on?"

He was clearly mad. He stepped closer towards Parker, and I instinctively stepped in front of Parker to protect him from Bryce. I pushed Bryce back, "Bryce, hold on let me explain."

Bryce looked down at me, "I can't believe you would do this. I thought you were better than this. How could you do this to Jaden? After everything you guys have been through, and you just go and cheat on him like it's nothing."

I felt myself start to tear up, and I felt Parker place his hand on my lower back. "Bryce, this is for publicity for the both of us. It's not what it looks like."

Bryce sighed, "Does Jaden even know?"

I looked down, feeling even more guilty, "Not yet."

Bryce put his hand on my shoulder, "Ellie, he's probably already seen some of the pictures. He's probably thinking that you're cheating on him. Why the hell would you not tell him?"

I felt tears roll down my cheeks, "I can't. I have to break up with him, or we can only see each other at home. He's supposed to be out of the picture because it would looks really bad if I was seen with Parker and Jaden."

Bryce ran his hands through his hair, "What the hell?! How could you do this to him? He's going to be broken Ellie. He's so in love with you, and he literally saved your life and you're just going to drop him like he's nothing."

I was full on crying now, "It's not an easy choice for me to make, Bryce. I'm doing this to help my career. I love Jaden with all of my being, but I have to do this. He would understand." Parker was rubbing small circles on my back to try to help me calm down.

Bryce shook his head, "Jaden can help you grow your music career."

I shook my head, "He's done as much as he could, but our music is so different it just isn't as effective."

He nodded, " I guess that makes sense, but you need to talk to him El."

I nodded, "I know. I will when I get home tonight. He's probably going to be pissed at me, so I don't know how this will go exactly."

He reached out pulling me into a hug, which Addison also joined in on. "I love you guys. Thank you for being so supportive of me," I said as we pulled away from the hug.
I decided to introduce Parker to them. I motioned between Bryce and Parker, "Parker this is my brother Bryce. Bryce this my fake boyfriend Parker."

I motioned between Addison and Parker, "Addison this is Parker. Parker this is my best friend and my brother's girlfriend, Addison."

Parker reached out his hand to both and shook both of their hands. Parker and my brother started talking to each other, which made me smile.

Addison looked at me and giggled, "Girl. I love Jaden and you more than anything, but Parker is definitely more your type."

I shrugged shaking my head, "Don't say that Addi."

She put her arm around me, and pulled me close, "I was kidding. You're the happiest you have ever been with Jaden. I know you two are meant to be. Right now though, he should be the one that you're with here. Not Parker."

I looked down, feeling the twinge of guilt in my stomach, "You're right. I don't know what I was thinking. Jaden is never going to forgive me. He deserves so much better than me." My phone started buzzing, I looked down to see I had been getting tagged in something on instagram, and I dropped my phone when I saw what was on the screen.
