Kenma couldn't help but mentally slap himself as he watched kuroo tell his teammates all sort of things involving the team as well as him

"Make sure you watch over kenma alright"

"Don't worry captain we'll make sure our brain and heart keep running" Shōhei Fukunaga reassured and with that the conversation was over leaving no room for kenma to protest.

After the team said their final goodbyes they all went off leaving only the former captain and current setter behind

"Will you be okay without me?"

"You worry too much" he rolled his eyes "I'll be fine don't worry" he smiled softly

"You sure though?" from just looking at the raven heads face he could tell he was worried so he debated telling him the truth or not, it didn't take him long to decide to lie after all he didn't feel as if he should make him worry more he had his own life to worry about so adding another work load just felt wrong to him.

"I'll be fine, now come on let's go home" while they walked to kenmas house it's was silent but it wasn't the bad kind of silent more like good type where no words had to be spoken because they already knew everything about each other probably better then they knew themselves.

"You know you should just give me a key since I'm here literally all the time" kuroo broke the silence as he watched the smaller boy fiddle around with the door trying to open it

"I can open a door without needing help kuroo" kenma deadpanned

"By the looks of it no you can't" Just as he finished his sentence the pudding head swung the door open sending him a glare before heading inside, kuroo following soon after

"Kenma you better not be playing games!" He shouted as he walked into the kitchen "food first games second"

When he didn't get a respond he let out a small sigh and made his way to kenma's room
Where he found a certain boy playing on his pc

He was so invested in his game that he hadn't even noticed his presence only when kuroo unplugged his pc did he turn to look at him
A mixture of scared and anger written all over his face

"What did I say about games" he asked holding the cords of the pc

"Food first games second" he pouted

"Exactly so come on" he motioned for him to follow which he did after taking one last glance at his phone. Just as he was half way down the hall he ran back to his room sipping his phone into his pocket then finally meeting kuroo in the kitchen.

He placed his elbows on kitchen island then rested his head in the palms of his hand as he watched the taller male dance around the kitchen preparing their food like he was dancing the waltz.

As he continued to cook the food and paying no attention to the pudding head he reached down to his pocket pulling out his phone, it didn't take long for him to get lost in the game.

"Kenma food first" kuroo snatched his phone out of his hand, kenma had to resist the urge to claw at his hand in order to get his phone back so he could play

"But The food wasn't ready"

"I'll let it slide" he paused "again"

"Anyway is the food done"

"Yeah we're having salted mackerel pike" kuroo smiled placing a plate in front of him

"I don't want it" he stared at the fish

"You always ate it before so why not now?" He questioned tilting his head to the side

"Because we've been eating this for a week now"

A small smirk made a it's way into his face as he walked to the fridge and pulled something out

"If you eat the fish you can eat as much as you want of this" kuroo placed an apple pie in front of him making kenmas eyes sparkle, He knew Kenmas favorite food was apple pie and he'd do anything to eat it so almost immediately he began eating the fish.

The raven head chuckled as he took a seat next to the pudding head and dug into his own food, once kenma had finished all of his food he grabbed needly at the apple pie on the other side of kuroo

"Calm down it's not going anywhere" he handed the pie to the smaller male with an amused smile plastered on his face.

Kuroo placed both plates into the sink so he could wash later, then snaked himself behind kenma on the couch so he could watch his little kitten play his video games he seemed to love so much.

After about half an hour or so the raven head started poking the other males cheek to get his attention however it wasn't till another five minutes or so that kenma had finally given up on swatting his hand away, he paused his game and turned to look at him only to get pulled into a kiss.

The sensation of kuroos tongue on his made his heart flutter, ever since the two had gotten together he wondered how do they not just kiss constantly since the feeling of his lips on his was intoxicating, the answer was they don't stop once they start at least not right away.

In all honesty Kenma was always the first to pull away, he couldn't help it, his nerves just got the better of him. He knew one thing for sure though and that was that he didn't know how he survive when kuroo went off to university since he's like his lifeline.

But he'll worry about that when the time comes but for now he has all summer long with kuroo.

New story guys!, I just wanted to say that this is one of my first story's that involve suicide, anorexia, insomnia, so I'm sorry if I get any of the things wrong

Also feel free to correct me on things and give me feedback on my writing i really appreciate it, it helps me become better, I would also love to know what you think of this story.
