Getting no sleep was slowly getting to me. And when I mean slowly, I mean rapidly. I had to guard today and tomorrow I had to meet the person. I sighed looking over at Fundy. We rarely guarded together. Mainly because Eret didn't trust us enough together. To be true, Eret was getting on my nerves. Fundy must've been talking to me because suddenly something hit my helmet. I turned and faced Fundy. His axe leaning on his side. "I was talking to you." I hummed slightly. "What's going on with you dude? You're so off." "I got no sleep last night." Fundy's tail moved slowly. The ends were split, he clearly needed a hair cut, but I didn't mind. I touched my broken horn carefully. It's been at least a year since I broke it. I stopped training George for a reason. "Why were you up so late?" This time it wasn't Fundy's Dutch accent. It was a little British boy in blue. "Good afternoon Prince George." I didn't even have to look at him to know he was rolling his eyes. "Get your newly nineteen year-old ass out of my conversation." George glared at me. "Was that better?" "Fuck off Wil." I laughed sarcastically then closed my mouth realizing somebody walked in.

The tall figure was wearing a barista's outfit and a mask with a silver star. "Hello Callahan!" He waved. I watched as his camera case hit the side of his leg. He looked at George. His hands motioned slightly, I could tell George was confused. I smiled. "George he's here for you to order your coffee." George sat up quickly and smiled. "A black coffee and a scone? Yeah, that sounds good." Callahan gave a thumbs up and ran off. "I don't get how you do it Wil." George threw himself back in his chair. "What don't you get?" I studied the blade of Fundy's axe. I mean I normally studied, it because I mean he could easily clean cut somebodies head off. "You know how to understand Callahan." I laughed slightly. "Callie and I have been good friends for a couple years. I easily adapted to being around him. That's why I can read your body language George." George grumbled then sat up straight.

I pulled two pain killers out of my bag. I was prescribed two because of how bad my headaches could get. I sighed slightly as I swallowed them dry. They left a sour taste in my mouth without water, I didn't mind it though. Fundy ignored me while I did it. I know he hates me taking the pain killers, but as long as it helped me he was fine with it. George watched intrigued at what I was doing. "Yes George?" "What are those for?" I thought for a second. "They help kill off some of the pain from my headaches." George nodded. A small Siamese cat strutted into the room. I rolled my eyes. The cat slowly turned into a human, well sort of. He was wearing a black cape and iron armor. His tail and ears clearly visible. "Good afternoon Ant." Ant, well known as Antfrost, smiled and waved. Ant was a lower class guard so his armor wasn't as good as Fundy's or mine. Ant threw a ball shape at George. He saluted then transformed back into the small Siamese cat, sprinting away. He was more of a messenger at times, but I knew he didn't mind.

I watched as George finicked with the ball. "What is it?" George shrugged then decided to throw it. It turned into a giant sword with a blue ribbon. It looked to be made of diamonds. I thought it was cool but not too cool. I mean not to brag but I have an obsidian scythe sooo yeah. George smiled pleased with himself. I looked over to Fundy who was studying his axe. "Doesn't your axe transform Fundy?" He shook his head. "I have to carry this thing whenever I want to get it somewhere." I snickered slightly then turned my scythe back into it's pendant form to piss Fundy off. I looked at the clock on the wall. "Well it seems I have to go." George nodded and waved me off. George wasn't trying to be mean, he was just being careless.

I left the throne room with a sigh of relief. I held the door open for Callahan. "There you go buddy." I could tell Callahan was smiling under his mask. As Callahan walked through the door, I slipped a twenty in his back pocket. I knew George wasn't gonna give him money. Plus, Callahan works extremely hard everyday. I continued walking, I clearly forgot I could just teleport. I walked into the house and slipped off my shoes. I put my armor in the closet neatly. Tommy had stayed home because he had a nervous break down. We don't need to get into that. I walked up stairs. I wasn't hungry, I knew I should eat something. I just didn't have the energy. I wanted to sleep for a little bit. I walked by Tommy's room. His door was wide open and he was sprawled out on the floor. A blanket had been thrown on top of him. Phil must've just done that trying to not wake Tommy. I walked into my room and sat on my bed. I picked up the two pictures on my bed side table. "I miss you Niki. Maybe once this border is gone, we'll see each other again." I looked at the picture of Dave or Techno now. "You look nothing like you used to." I mumbled quietly to myself. I put them back on the night stand and took out my contacts. I took two more pain killers. I slowly drifted to sleep. A sleep without a cursed dream. For once.
