your knees were practically shaking. you were standing in front of the child's house now. they were meant to be at kinder so you were just meeting his parents today. finally building up the courage, you raise your hand and ring the door bell.
the noise of the door bell echos through the house and you hear a faint feminine voice saying "coming!" followed by footsteps.
the door opens revealing a woman, looking very young for her age. you were told the lady was in her late 30's in the text. this lady looks to be in her mid 20's. and may i say beautiful.
'wish i aged like that'
"you must be the new babysitter, i'm yasuko terushima. nice to meet you..." she drags on the end, signaling for you to introduce myself.
"y/n. l/n y/n. nice to meet you ms terushima."
"please, come in come in."
she seemed to be a very relaxed and laid back kind of parent.
"honey, the babysitters here!" she calls out
a man walks out from the living room, also looking quite young. he had brown hair and was wearing quite formal clothes.
"this is my husband, takaya terushima." she says with a gentle smile.
he bows his head as if accepting your presence.
"n-nice to meet you mr terushima." you stutter bowing down as well.
"no need to be so scared darling, your going to be staying here a lot! so make yourself at home." she says lightly nudging my shoulder. you don't know why but with her doing it actually felt comfortable and kind of normal, like you knew each other for ages.
guiding you into the living room you sit down at the table and begin talking about babysitting their child.
you eventually find out their child is a boy. he seems to be the energetic type.
"i'm sorry if he causes you any trouble, he can be a handful at times."
"it's no problem really! it's my job anyways, i'm happy to help."
