Ever thought of a girl who could lead a war? Ever thought of a girl who was equal to a son?
Ever thought of a girl who  knew politics so well that even the elders are awed?
I'm that girl, I'm princess Charlene.

I'm the only offspring of King Leonardo II of Celio.
I've led my country to battles, each time we returned home singing Victory songs, displaying the heads of our enemies like trophies.
I was assured that I would be the next leader of Celio for utterly destroying the inhabitants of Acaldama.

Now my father has joined his ancestors.
He died a good man, a patient leader and a loving leader.
Now that it's time for them to fulfill their side of the bargain. It's time for me to possess my possession, time for me to ascend my position,  they gnashed at me and made me a subject of ridicule, they turned me into a subject of caricature and called me a mere woman.

Male Chauvinism has blinded the land.
They've taken my heritage, they have taken my pride.
And when I tried to oppose them, the warriors stood up but not for me but against me.

I was smittened, beaten, insulted and left to die.
In a no man's land did my life hang.
I'm utterly broken and shattered but then I saw him.

He promised to make me his queen,he promised to make my enemies scream.
He only asked that I give him my heart and then he will be my knight.
I know that he loves me, I know that he can fight for me.
But I am not in need of a knight to save the night.
I am in need of a sword to start the fight because it's retribution time.

They said with malevolence that I was not man enough to ascend the throne.
Alas it's time for Celio to pay for her crimes and no one can save them from my wrath, the wrath of an oppressed woman.
