Still you

Klaus came out from around the corner. I panicked Klaus could die. Elijah still held me in his arms. Elijah coughed blood on his hand. He tried to hide it but I pulled his hand over to me looking at it. I looked at him worried he nodded at me, like he was reassuring me. I pulled up his sleeve and saw the wound was infected and the skin tried to heal but it couldn't.

"Are you ok?" Kol asked.

"I think so." I said standing up holding Elijahs hand he was cold. It sent shivers up my back.

"Hello father." Klaus said I could still see the fear in his face though. Even though he tried to hide it. Michael turned around I could tell he was happy to see him. But not to be a real father. Michael gripped the wood tighter. Klaus looked at it eye balling the wood. Rebekah came out too. Marcels face went blank I could see his fear about Rebekah and his own safety.

Next thing I know Freya runs out. "Father." She said she knows how we feel about their dad but she still loves him. But all I knew was she hated their mother. I sat there watching Michael stand there in shock. Davina slowly made her way around the corner quietly only I could hear her cause of Freya talking. She whispered a chant and Esther fell to the ground. Who knows what she did to her. Michael turned his head to see Esther. Then the white oak flew out of his hand after Freya whispered something. The white oak went into Freya's hand.

"What the- Freya." He said turning to see his daughter.

"I'm sorry, but I won't let you kill them." She stated. Klaus sped over to Freya grabbing the oak out of her hands. He then pinned Michael to the wall.

"KLAUS STOP!" Freya shouted she went to go after him but Kol held her back. Just then Klaus threw the oak into his chest turning him to nothing but ash. Freya fell to the floor crying.

Klaus walked away not a care in the world. While Kol and Davina took Esther somewhere. I waited for the return of my daughter.

I sat in my room staring out my balcony. The dark sky and stars gleaming down on the city streets. I heard banging all around the house, I jumped. It was definitely Elijah turning. My stomach felt empty not cause I was hungry. I was scared. Scared that Elijah was gonna die, scared I would lose him. I had to figure out how to save him, or give him time.

I went to Freya's tower she was reading tons of books but I could see her trembling. "Any luck on a cure?" She looked at me then back at the books wiping her eyes.

"Uh- no, not yet." I stood next to her trying to read the pages but I couldn't understand one bit of it.

"I have an idea, but it's dangerous and could speed up the process of the poison." She said I looked at her I was now shaking too.

"We'll ask everyone." She nodded grabbing some of her things and heading down to where the rest of the family was.

"Do you think it will work?" Bex asked. I stared it the ground trying to hide my panic and fear. I looked up for a second taking a deep breathe then looking over at Elijah in chains on the chair. He was himself now but you could tell he had been from hell and back.

"It could or it could kill him." Freya said. Kol and Davina studied the spell.

"It's the best chance we got." Kol said looking up. "I don't know any other way I've tried to find one, Davina tried, and Freya. So this is the only way." I walked out of the room and everyone watched.

I looked out my balcony looking at the stars once again. Thinking about everything. "Hey." It was Kol. I really didn't want to talk, and really not to him.

"Please go." I said not looking at him.

"Look I know I messed up." I was furious.

"Messed up? Kol, Elijah could die. He IS dying and it's because of you! And of course it's the second I actually go back to him! You are just to selfish, you don't care! And if I lose anyone else, I may lose it." I walk over to him backing him into a corner.

"So next time realize what you are doing before doing it." I slapped him across the face before seeing Hayley coming up the stairs and I run to her taking Alora out of her arms. I pulled her in tightly.

I mouthed the words 'thank you' as I held my daughter. Kol walked out of the room I could see tell he was upset. I put Alora down letting her play with Hope. While I talked to Hayley.

"So this could just kill him?" She said.

"Yeah, and- it scares the crap out of me knowing that I may. *sigh* never see him again." She hugged me it shocked me.

"I'm always here." She said.

"Thanks." I said she let go and gave me a half smiled. The spell would take place tomorrow and I had so much I wanted to say to him. Tears rolled out of my eyes as I kept thinking about it. I couldn't think of anything else but that. I wiped my eyes then headed downstairs. I saw Freya setting up a circle if had a black sand, Candle lit.

"What are you all doing?" I asked panic hit my face.

"The sooner we do the spell the better the chances are." Freya said. I sat there kinda like a  trance. I looked around the room frantically looking for Elijah. The whole room went blurry and I held onto the couch trying to gain my balance.

I ran down to the cellar where Elijah was. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked he couldn't stand very well cause of the poison getting into his system. I opened the doors running over to him and hugging him tightly. I cried into his shoulder he stroked my hair trying to calm me.

"You- I."

"I know." He said it so calm. He lifted my held up my head resting in his hands.

"You will be ok. I promise." I nodded then put my lips to his. Taking in every moment before Hayley came down.

"It's time."
