Chapter 8

I wake up in Chris arms. I looked over and he's still sleep. I started to kiss his neck and chest to walk him up.

"Mmmmh what a great way to wake up" he said. He grabbed me and kissed me on the lips passionately. "I love you" I told him. "I love you more" he said while smiling.

"What are you doing today?" I asked. "I don't know I'll probably meet up with the boys. You want to come?Or I can just spend the day with you?" he said while smiling. "You go have fun with your friends baby. I'm going to meet up with Betty." I kissed him again before getting up.

"You want me to cook breakfast" I ask while putting his shirt on. He told me yeah and I walk out. I started cooking pancakes and bacon. He came behind me and hugged me. " Damn you look sexy in my shirt cooking. Let's have round 2." he said while turning me around. "Thanks baby but I gotta finish cooking the food." I responded while turning around to take the bacon out the pan. He groaned and I laughed.

" Chris can you fix the drinks please?" I asked and he told me yeah. I started fixing the plates and sat them on the table. We started eating in silence until he broke it.

"This is the best pancake I have ever had. Who taught you how to cook?" he asked. "My mom taught me" I told him. When we finished I grabbed our plates and put them in the sink.

"I'm about to go take a shower" I told him. "Ok, I'm going to head out." he responded while he pulled me towards him.

He started kissing me passionately. I ran my hand through his hair while he squeezed my butt. When he pulled away I whimpered.

"I gotta go babe but I'll see you later." he told me. "Ok, my dad wants to meet you though. You want to do it tomorrow?" I asked. "We can do it tonight and you can meet mines tomorrow." he said smiling.

" My dad has a business dinner tonight with one of his friends." I told him. "Well I can meet yours tomorrow and you can meet mines one day this week?" he asked. "That's great. Be here tomorrow at 8 ok?" I asked and he nodded. I gave him a quick peck and told him I love him and he told me it back.

Christian POV:

I'm walking into Pop's to meet Trey. I see him already sitting down. "What's up" I said while dapping him up. "Nothing I just wanted to chill with ya" he said smiling.

Pop came to the table to get out orders . "Can I get a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake" I asked. "I want a cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry milkshake." Trey orders.

"Why you smiling like that" I ask. He laughed and said " Cuz you been smiling since you got here. I'm guessing that you're smiling like that because of Veronica" I just laughed.

" She's different man. I know she not with me for clout or money. She is so beautiful too and not just the outside, the inside too. I'm happy man. I don't know how I got this lucky." I said smiling.

"Hold up, is The Christian Wright in love? I thought I would never see the day. I'm happy for you man." he said laughing. "I am in love with her. I told her last night too and I'm meeting her people tomorrow ." I told him. "That's great man" he said. Pop bring out the food and we thank him.

"You gonna try to get on the football team?" I asked. " I want to but I have to see if the coach will let me." he said. "I hope so because I don't like playing without you and we need a running back." I told him. "I'm going to talk to him on Monday." he told me.

"You wanna head to my crib and play basketball?" I asked Trey . "Hell yeah, imma tell Logan and Micheal to pull up." he responded. "Ight bet" I said getting up.

I reached in my pocket and pull out a 50 dollar bill. "I got it this time Trey." I told him. We always take turns paying. "You text them yet?" I asked. "Yeah they're otw to your house." he said.
