I'm still alive, I'm not taking another break like that one! Sorry for the wait, though. I finally have time, so I can finally post another chapter.

(2nd POV)

Blake, you, and Mr. Stowaway were at a café. Yesterday, Blake revealed she was secretly a Cat Faunus who used to be in the White Fang. All attention was on her as she finally spoke more than a few words per sentence since a few days ago. You flew up and curled around her neck like a feather boa.

Mr. Stowaway: "Finally, she speaks! Nearly two days and you've given me nothing but small talk and weird looks!" The aforementioned girl glared at him. "Yeah, like that." She rolled her eyes in response, closing them and then looking at Mr. Stowaway sadly.

Blake: "Sun... Are you familiar with the White Fang?" Finally, you learn his name.

Sun: "Of course! I don't think there's a Faunus on the planet who hasn't heard of them. Stupid, holier-than-thou creeps that use force to get whatever they want. Bunch of freaks, if you ask me!" Heat built up in your mouth, but you let it go since you knew what was coming next. Blake put her cup down again.

Blake: "I was once a member of the White Fang."

Sun choked on his drink and went cross-eyed, wiping his mouth. He put a hand up and tried to process this new information and set the cup down.

Sun: "Wait a minute, you were a member of the White Fang?!"

Blake: "That's right. I was a member for most of my life, actually. You could almost say I was born into it." You lifted your head up to look at her as she talked about her experiences in the White Fang.

Blake: "Back then, things were different. In the ashes of war, the White Fang was meant to be a symbol of peace and unity between Humans and Faunus."

The look in her eyes was not a happy one, you could see that. It was more of a look you'd get when you remember a traumatic event, mixed in with a look of regret.

Blake: "Of course, despite being promised equality, the Faunus were subjected to discrimination and hate. Humanity still thought of us as lesser beings. And so, the White Fang rose up as a voice of our people. And I was there."

She begun to shake, remembering everything she did. You curled around her neck, with your head meeting the end of your tail, trying your best to give her a hug, or at least some form of comfort. Setting her hand on your back, she calmed down a little, continuing her story.

Blake: "I was at the front of every rally. I took part in every boycott. I actually thought we were making a difference. But I was just a youthful optimist."

Fear entered the cocktail of emotions you sensed from her. Your Grimm nature made you hungry for more negative emotions, but your desire to help her overpowered it.

Blake: "Then, five years ago, our leader stepped down, and a new one took his place. A new leader, with a new way of thinking."

The fear grew into a slight hatred, as her grip on her cup tightened. Nuzzling into her cheek, you attempted to cheer her up, but she was too focused on her past.

Blake: "Suddenly, our peaceful protests were being replaced with organized attacks. We were setting fire to shops that refused to serve us, hijacking cargo from companies that used Faunus labor. And the worst part was, it was working. We were being treated like equals. But not out of respect... out of fear."

She set down her teacup, and looked up at Sun, who was stunned from her story.

Blake: "So, I left. I decided I no longer wanted to use my skills to aid in their violence, and instead, I would dedicate my life to becoming a Huntress. So here I am: a criminal hiding in plain view, all with the help of a little black bow." She wiggled her ears under her bow to demonstrate the disguise.
