SEGMENT 3 : WELCOME TO PONYVILLE

*Twilight's POV*

I was reading a good book when I felt someone take a seat next to me, it was flash sentry, I hid the expression on my face as he seated, it was pretty awkward until I felt a paper ball thrown at my mane followed by the cackle of Rainbow and Applejack

I felt my face fuming with both anger and laughter and crumpled a piece of paper from my notebook and threw it at them well it hit rarity in the process, they were both laughing when their mouths got filled with paper balls thrown by rarity

I couldn't hold in my laughter and completely forgot that Flash was beside me, we kept on throwing each other paper balls until the cart was almost filled with them, when rarity threw the ball at me it hit Flash right in the head

We all went quiet for a moment, and rainbow just whistled I was almost about to die from embarrassment when Flash took the ball out of his mane and threw it right at Pinkie Pie and straight to her cupcake, we all laughed and started to calm down on our way home to ponyville

Timeskip...

*Flash's POV*

I can't believe how much fun it was to have friends, I suddenly grew jealous of the princess since she almost seem to have a perfect life, but I then sweeped off those thoughts as I heard the conductor shout 'NEXT STOP PONYVILLE!'

twilight and her friends started shouting as we all arrived at the station, a guard then signalled me to come over and announce the arrival of the two Princess' and The Captain

I went down the train and layed down a red carpet for Princess Cadence and her husband, 'Her Highnesses Princess Mi Amore Cadenza and Prince Shining Armour' I added whilst they exited the train

'Her Highness Princess Twilight Sparkle and her Friends' I said after I placed a golden carpet for the princess, idk why they were different but at least I got it over with

I was beside the Princess as she greeted the ponies we passed by, she then started singing a familiar tune the one she sang at her coronation day

'Life in Equestria shimmers, life in Equestria shine's and I know for absolute certain that everything will be certainly fine' her voice had a good melody to it, she started dancing around the town while the townspeople carried and spun her around, at the last moment of her song she spun around and landed right on my two hooves, 'play it cool' she said to me and winked, while the captain glared at me

We then arrived at her palace, still made of crystal nothing new, it looked small from the outside but golly inside were doors upon doors inside, I was mesmerized by the scenery then spike her little dragon pulled my tail and told me to follow him

I followed him immediately and showed me to my room, I then started placing my luggage near the door and exited going back from where I entered

I was greeted by the Princess with her undying charming smile, I always felt joy when she's around, the captain then snapped me back to reality as I was called for the instructions on how to be the Princess' personal guard

*Twilight's POV*

I was embarrassed to death, all I did this morning was smile, sing and wave AGAIN, I instantly regret the move I made with Flash he's gonna think I like him horse apples, why is being inlove so hard?

I excused myself to go to my room and belly flopped right onto my bed burying my face in the cushions

'i am about to be done with' I said and sighed, then I heard a knock on my bedroom door 'come in, the door is wide open' I said and knocked my head on the  headboard

'apologies your highness, but is everything alright' a voice asked me

'yeah everything is terribly ok, my crush just got appointed-' I was about to say it when I realized it was flash behind that voice, stupid twilight you almost said you liked him

'oh I'm sorry bout that um, yeah I'm fine I'll be back at the dinner later on' I said gritting my teeth 'understood your royal highness' he said and turned to the door

'didn't I tell you to call me twilight from now on?' I said to him in a strict manner, I just wanted to tease him that's all

'oh yes, pardon me twilight'  he said, i knew he was nervous but still looked professional, he exited the room and I just wished Celestia would come and save me from embarrassment
