SEGMENT 15 : WE MEET AGAIN

*Twilight's POV*

I spit my tea in shock as the six ponies circled around me, not letting the orange pegasus through

I the tried to conceal the pain i received the moment i saw him and tried my very best not to cry

Starlight and the other 6 looked at me and I walked up with all my gut trying not to burst into tears

'Hi, you must be the founder here I am Princess Twilight Sparkle pleasure to meet you' I said and lent a hoof to shake

'h-hey twilight, what brings you here in our village' hate filled my heart, how dare he call me twilight after he shattered my heart to pieces

'Thats your highness to you, didn't you work for me before? Why loose your politeness Private Sentry' I said my heart once again knocking so hard it could rip out my chest

*Flash's POV*

Twilight was different, she became more like her brother and lost her friendly attitude, she looked more cold and distant and surprisingly extremely powerful

I gulped as I shook her hand and showed her around town, many people here adore her but Crystal wasn't one of them, she practiced a spell to surprise attack twilight and this happened

'Hey Princess Twilight, what will happen if I did this' crystal then shot twilight with a laser beam, it hit twilight and she immediately fell to the ground

I didn't notice her small tiara but it broke into pieces due to the crash, the others looked furious as the two unicorns created a forcefield to guard the princess while she was still weak

I wanted to help twilight but her dragon glared at me, I saw twilight's hoof move and I exhaled my worried state, she was alive

She stood up and dismissed the forcefield surrounding her met by crystal's smirk, 'pfft even the element of magic can't top my magical abilities, maybe I should have been princess'

She looked down on the ground, 'yeah you're right, maybe you should have been princess' she said and crystal laughed, 'but you didn't' she added and looked up with a smile and she was surrounded by a dark purple glow

The 7 looked terrified in the sight of the princess as they took cover starlight as usual coming up with a forcefield as the ponies ran to their houses and locked the doors

Her eyes were white, a aura of darkness circled around her. 'i don't care if you disrespect me as your princess, but remember that I am the element of magic with a reason, and you cannot disrespect that' she said while a purple laser beam shoot out her horn, crystal blocked the beam and looked scared

I watched them duel with a evil smile on Princess Twilight's face, 'but alas, ponies seem to forget that I got my element and cutie mark because of my raw magical talent' she said once more shooting another beam

'But I don't mind proving how magical I can be even without my element of harmony, I just don't show it' she said again as crystal backed away

'i feel dark magic channeling through my body everyday but I can't use it because I had to be kind and friendly all the time, and why? I became a princess of friendship' she opened her wings and soared above ground

'You can choose how I will rid of you, first I can send you to the moon or I can lock you up in Tartarus, or I can banish to you to the dungeons under the canterlot castle tehee hee hee' she said and levitated crystal in the air, I froze for a second she wasn't twilight she was a monster

i tried going near her but starlight stopped me, not because of personal reasons but the fact she could destroy any pony in this state

'she's consumed by hatromancy, this dark magic is applied once a person's heart gets engulfed in the flame of hatred, it cannot be reversed' she said in a saddening tone

'Why not?' I asked, 'it is because we all have this dark magic inside us just getting ready to release itself, it can only be prevented by the victims true love' starlight explained while inside my house

When she glanced at me her eyes was back to purple, i smiled at her and the darkness around her started to fade. Starlight teleported outside knowing the princess was vulnerable to any attack

Crystal knew this and attacked her luckily starlight was there in time to counter her attack, she tried to crush the light purple unicorn but defeated herself in the process

Once princess twilight was back on her feet, Crystal teleported somewhere to the scarlet mountains leaving the ponies in shock

They finally told me the reason why they were here in the first place but twilight didn't talk, or even look at me

Their cutie marks glowed and they left me and twilight didn't even get to talk yet, i just sighed and went home

*Twilight's POV*

'the dark magic was extremely strong and even my own magic was corrupted by it, it was all my hate for flash and the unicorn' i said in tears realising i almost demolished the town because of my foolishness

My friends cuddled me and starlight pulled me out for a small talk, she said something i could never forget

'love can cause hatred, this hatred overpowers who you are just like what happened back there, love and hatred are two parallel feelings but the other can cause each other like how love causes hatred and vice versa, theres nothing wrong in what you did it was just your hatromancy kicking in, they put this to themselves it was not your fault' i smiled knowing i had a pupil that was always there for me, i hugged her as i closed my eyes
