Mercy's POV:
Even though we had been walking through the forest for a short few minutes, I had already started feeling lightheaded.
I let out a long exhausted sigh. "Guysss, can we take a break pleaseee?" I whined, exhausted.
Duck turned around shooting me a glare "Really? We've only been walking for like 10 minutes now."
"You're not the one who got stabbed." I countered and looked at Aki with a smile.
"Oh, come on, you barely got stabbed! It's only a cut." Duck brushed my complaints off.
"Then explain why I'm feeling like I'm gonna faint!"
Duck looked back forward and shrugged. "Because you're weak."
Suppressing an eyeroll, I tackled him with my ribbons and he fell to the ground "Hey!" He shouted.
I started laughing and didn't realize Duck had grabbed the ribbon and pulled, making me fall face-first onto the ground.
I slowly sat up. "Bleh" I started wiping the dirt off my face with my shirt.
While doing so I heard Duck laugh, but looking up I noticed that Aki was also laughing.
"You can laugh?!" I asked exasperatedly, genuinely surprised. Realizing what I had just asked made me also laugh.
I didn't expect to be having fun times in a sort of apocalypse, but I wasn't complaining.

Aqua's POV:Two hours had passed and we hadn't found anything yet.
I was beginning to get irritated, but soon enough, I noticed something that looked like a village in the distance.
I started running to it, excited to see if there were people still living there.
Mark and Spirit where confused at first, but when they realized what I had seen, they also started running to the village.
After a few minutes of running we arrived at the place. I immediately noticed that everything looked empty and abandoned.
I looked around more and noticed a lot of things were in ruins, too.
I let out a sad sigh and turned around to Spirit and Mark. "We should split up and search for recourses. There must be some stuff left that we can take with us. I'll go to the store." I pointed towards a building that looked like an abandoned store.
They nodded and walked off into different directions.
I walked into the 'store' and saw that inside it was just as destroyed as on the outside. It was actually pretty big for what I was used to, but the village I lived in before wasn't that big so that could've also been it.
There were about 4 aisles, but all of them were almost completely empty and destroyed.
I walked to the back of the store, only to feel a huge claw sharply scratch against my stomach and a strong pain throughout my whole back because I got thrown against an aisle.

Spirit's POV:I walked into a building that looked like a hospital, hoping to find more bandages or just stuff in general.
It was in ruins. It made me upset.
I started searching in drawers and found some bandages, at least getting something out of the whole situation.
I was about to close the drawer I found the bandages in, when I felt a presence on the other side of the room.
It was pretty dark so I activated my heat vision to see if there actually was someone or something on the other side of the room.
I slowly turned my head and looked at the other side of the room.
I reacted quickly when I saw a big red outline and started running to the door.
I was too late.
