Aqua's POV:

It seemed like I was staring death right in the eyes while the corrupted creature in front of me was about to eliminate me with one single swing of it's claw. Even my water shield was slowly decaying, I could see small blue sparkles slowly come off of it as there was only half of it left. I didn't realize that accidentally making a water leg would drain almost all of my power. I should've just tried to make it unable to move and run while I had the chance, I gained to much confidence from creating the water leg which blinded me from seeing the right thing to do.

In the corner of my eye I could see Mark and Spirit enter my death scene- the store. Both of their eyes where filled with shock and fear when they saw me. Great, dying was already awful, but now my friends had to watch it too.

I gave them a last shaking smile, as I closed my eyes and prepared for impact. But instead of feeling a giant claw rip my body apart, something that seemed to have a quadruped built got thrown against my stomach, which made me crash into an aisle to my left, dodging the attack of the creature by only a centimeter.

I opened my eyes to see what was happening, to see a wolf made out of fire standing right in front of me, looking at the creature. I was very happy that I'm mostly just water, because if I wasn't, I probably would've gotten burns all over my arms and stomach. When I noticed that my shirt was slightly on fire, I quickly put it off by creating a small water beam with my finger and let out a slight sigh of relief when it was gone.

While I came back to my senses and wasn't distracted anymore, I saw the wolf get sliced in half and disappear in front of me. The creature turned it's head to me and I assumed that I was next. Well, if Mark hadn't jumped in front of me and blocked the attack with a water shield which was wrapped around his arm it would've been. The pressure on the shield caused him to slide back a little but thankfully he didn't loose his balance, but that worked perfect for us, because before the creature could attack again it got covered in spirals of fire which formed a fire tornado around it.

Mark quickly grabbed my arm and helped me up while Spirit was busy trying to keep the tornado up. I could slightly see through it and noticed that the creature was mostly just confused at the moment, it would most likely soon realize it could just walk out and only have a few burns in the process. Which I assumed Mark noticed since he quickly moved both of his arms up and two water spears formed above of his head.

I quickly grabbed Mark's shoulder so I could keep my balance and told him. "Aim for the neck, I think it's a weak spot."

"I got you." He replied with a smirk.

The second the fire tornado disappeared, the water spears pierced through the flesh of the creature. One through it's vulnerable neck, the other right through it's stomach.

The creature slowly fell onto it's knees, then onto the ground, we all stared at it for a few seconds as it layed they're, lifeless.

I was the first one to speak up. "Thank god that's over." I sighed and let myself fall to the ground, now finally noticing the big cut on my arm because of the pain I felt coming from it.

"We should get out of here soon, if there's two creatures there are most likely way more. And if there are, they must've heard us fighting over here." Spirit explained, she said two, so they had most likely fought another creature. That also explains why they both looked exhausted.

Me and Mark both nodded, I might've still been really tired and hurt, but if more creatures entered the 'store', we would be dead anyway.

Mark helped me up again and Spirit helped me walk so that Mark could focus on sensing aura's so that we'd know if a creature was close.

While walking I thought about the fact that if they had came only a second later, I would've been dead. Yet I shook my head right after realizing the last thing.

'We have to find a save village.'
