I get up to look out my window. When I look down, I see tadashi gesturing me to come out. I smile and run downstairs heading out the door, saying goodbye to my mom and such. I run out to tadashis scooter and greet him. "Hey!" I say as I hop on the scooter. Tadashi just smiles and drives off. I didn't know where he was going, so I knew it was probably a surprise. But out of curiosity I ask anyway. "HEY WHERE ARE WE GOING? I yell trying to be louder then the motor."ITS A SURPRISE! He yells back. It was kind of a long drive, so I stopped trying to look at the road and layed my head on tadashis back.
We finally arrived at our final destination.
Its mizu. I've always wanted to go to this place. "OH MY GOSH"!! "I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO GO HERE." I realized I said it too loud. I contain my excitement."well are you just gonna stand there, while your stomach eats itself?" Tadashi grabs my hand and we walk inside. "Reservation for Hamada." Tadashi tells the lady. She leads us to our seat. We take our seats. He smiles. I smile. He raises his eyebrows. I raise my eyebrows. He laughs, I laugh. It was a silent conversation til I broke it. " So why did you bring me here?" I ask. "I wanted you to get out of the house!" Tadashi says. I just smile. For the next ten minutes it was just dead silence. I was very nervous, so I excused myself. "What am I doing?" I ask myself over and over again. "This is supposed to be the best night of my life!" Pull yourself together!" I would say to myself. I am pacing back and forth when all of a sudden I see a shadow figure coming out the doors. "Are you okay?" Tadashi asks. "Sorry I'm just nervous..I guess." I respond pushing my hair out of my face. I sit down on the curb, watching the cars go by. 1 car every 5 seconds. Tadashi came and sat down next to me. "I understand, to be honest I bet I'm more nervous than you." Tadashi smiles. I giggle and lay my head on his shoulder. Its what I usally do. It soothes me. "Slug bug". Tadashi says as a blue punch buggie passes by. "Punch buggie". I say tagging along. " you know no one says "punch buggie anymore". Tadashi jokes. I start to crack up laugh, starting to feel comfortable again. So the night went, with just me and him and a game of Punch buggie.
